It was a good reap and so far, he was steadily getting stronger. By the looks of it, he will become stronger than before in just a matter of time. Luckily, he was reaping crystals from weak monsters. After looking at his character sheet, he closed it and put it inside his backpack.

After looking at the dead remains, he saw a glittering object while he was using his skill Ward Evil on the walls. Approaching, he saw that the glitter was getting stronger and stronger.

After he arrived at the walls, he saw a hole and took a peep inside. Twinkling his eyes twice, he saw something shiny inside. To his surprise, it was a hollow and a secret chamber hidden with shiny things!

Troan then kicked the walls and it all went tumbling down. Debris littered his footing and then dust went all over the place. Coughing, he entered the place and saw golden objects. Coins and precious stones as well as decorated weapons and armors. Rings and also necklaces.

"Wow look at these treasures!"

Troan scanned the surroundings and then saw the bones littered on the side. Skulls were seen piled and skeletons with armors were seen on the side. Hollow of flesh and only the bones remained. Troan then made his silence to pay respect to the dead. They were his precious guards who sacrificed their lives to protect the castle.

Troan was not heartless though not self righteous too. They deserved a decent burial for they sacrificed their lives without second thoughts.

Troan then saw what he needed to retrieve the most. The spell crystal that inhibits spells. It was radiating with a crystalline glow and was waiting to be picked.

Troan then grabbed the spell crystal and then an ample amount of gold coins. Leaving the place and then reporting to Redmund in the morning.

Exiting the [Dungeon], it was already morning. A long and deep inhaled was then heard from his mouth. He can only sigh at how tired and battered he was.

Entering the [Castle], it was silent and his footsteps were echoing the halls. Only to hear his deep breathing while walking. Entering his room, he saw Redmund sitting on his desk.

"Hello Redmund, it's been a nice morning," Redmund jolted in the process.

"Young master! You're alive! Alas, I can sleep well," He said then hugged him.

"Sorry, I was so worried," Redmund said while wiping his tears. Patting his shoulders.

"It's okay, I have no parents so I consider you as my guardian. Please take good care of me," Troan said then made a small bow.

"Haha, you surely jest. But I will still do my best if that's what you want," Redmund said to him.

"Let us visit your subjects, they need to be buried,"

"Yep, let's go," Redmund said.

It was then, that Redmund followed after him. Looking at the remains of the once flying monsters into dead carcasses. He never thought that they were once the dread of their castle in the past.

They entered the secret chamber and Redmund began to be emotional. He has such attachments to his subjects. He even knew some of them with the markings of their armors. He made a silent prayer on them and then collected their remains.

They arrived at the [Burial grounds] and it was full of crossed sticks. Mounds were seen lining up on the ground and the two arrived with shovels with them. Together with the bones of the dead. Their graves then were prepared and Redmund was the one who put them inside.

Burying on the [Burial grounds], it was a day's work. They made a cross on each of the burial mounds and the sun was burning with its radiance. Troan and Redmund were seen having a shovel while the wind made their clothes flutter in the process. Having the wind to cool them against the sun's rays.

"Rest well, my friends," Redmund said to them.

"You are a good steward, they must be happy to serve under you," Troan said.

"Ah, that. Yep, they liked to serve under me. But remember that you will be the one in charge from now on. I am not their master but you," Redmund said then coughed.

"I see, I am glad I rescued them," Troan said.

The two then went in silence and Troan left to rest early. Redmund stayed a bit to mourn for them until the afternoon. Troan then went towards his quarters and rested. Troan was writing books from that time and finished several until night. Troan bathed and prepared for the night. The sun went down from the west and night came. He thought of installing the spell crystal so that all his plans will be put to a start.

He can't start with his plans if the place was not safe from monster attacks and also, he needed to make the villagers come back from the wilderness. It was only possible with the spell crystal actively protecting them.

It was then, that he grabbed the spell crystal and went to the tower on the top of the castle. He stepped onto the spiraling staircase and arrived at the top. Redmund was already waiting for him.

"You are already here?" Troan mused.

"Yep, I am waiting, hehe," Remund chuckled.

"The spell crystal will be put here. It will just float in this tower. Let me charge it myself, at least I have a use," Redmund said to him.

"Okay," handing the spell crystal, Redmund immediately started charging it.

With the process already starting, Troan saw that it floated and was slowly glimmering. Troan was wary of anything that might disturb the process and so was battle ready.

It then glowed and glowed some more. Making it slowly radiate with blinding light. Soon after, the darkness was lit and the light was seen from afar. It gave light and the villagers saw that it was lit. Making them shout and leap with joy.

"It was lit now! I am very happy" Troan said to Redmund.

"I will maintain the spell every day. Don't worry, I got this," Redmund said.

"Sure!" Troan said.

"I hope things will go well from this moment on," Redmund said.

"Yeah, I hope so," Troan replied.

It was inside the forest and even the ones who escaped the village saw it. The ones who went astray saw that the spell crystal was once again lit.

"The warding spell! It was lit!" They shouted.

Villagers from afar then saw the light, staring at it with a renewed look. They were scattered and saw its radiance from afar.

"Alas! We can come back!" they shouted.

The villagers in the wilderness saw the light and they all started to come back. Making them arrive at night as they packed their belongings. Slowly, they arrived one by one and they all settled.

One family arrived and then they settled on the housings made. Also, others were the same. More housing has to be made for them to be accommodated. Time passed by and more came. Making the housings full immediately.

They were scattered in the darkness after they fled when the attack on their village happened. Luckily some locals with the production job class survived as the monsters were weak.

They were assigned for future projects by Troan.

Troan was busy with his research. He was writing books and passing his knowledge. Planning ahead was his favorite thing to do. Also, the [School] was constructed on the way. And it will be the place where he will all instruct his knowledge on the others.

The villagers had to learn first as a foundation and it was all on the bucket list that he needs to fulfill. The [School] was then built and then they started learning, with Troan as the instructor of their subjects.

Slowly, the students were learning, and several among them became more knowledgeable as time went by. Making them the instructors themselves.
