First stage

The process was excruciating for Lucien. How could Old Fe demonstrate it so casually and yet look as if it was done easily? Lucien had been standing and sweating in front of the cauldron for three hours and not one lump of light magic was seen inside the cauldron.

His face was covered in sweat. His lips pursed in difficulty. Aiden took it upon himself to wipe away Lucien's sweat on his forehead. Aiden's heart tightened at seeing how Lucien struggled.

Five hours have passed, and nothing is visible in the cauldron. Lucien's face is considerably pale. Old Fe suggested for Lucien to stop and rest first, but Lucien refused. He can see the yellow light spots. There's no way he will give up gathering them.

For the last five hours, his vision had light spots on it. They gathered around him and entered his body. Lucien thought it was normal and was one step away from solidifying the light magic.
