"You need to pay better attention to where you're going in the future," Rose spoke in a low hiss, scolding the other once they were seated at their table.

"I know but he didn't act like it was that big of a deal." Josh pulled the top of his burger off to peak underneath and squeeze some ketchup on it much to his sister's disgust. The red substance should've only been used for their fries.

"Is there something about him that I should know about? Maybe the person who's been causing you trouble." Rose tried not to look in the direction they came from. Zane had enough common sense to not come to bother her now, right? They were both preoccupied with other people.

"Earth to Rose? Did you hear what I just asked you?" Rose brought her attention back her brother waved a hand in her face.
