Chapter 20
The plan was to break both the chains and curse that surrounded the planet preventing all from ever leaving until the tournament is over and in order for that to happen a spell must be casted, but there is little time left for them and Nova is currently the only one with a staff in her possession as no other deities can enter the ring or it's an instant death penalty to their entire Universe. Which makes things even more intense for the fighters that are currently still down there fighting for their lives. Even though Ebba currently is the most powerful being on the planet for the time being and is snake to break them with a form that no other can possibly reach with perfect complete control over Ultra Instinct, could Goku possibly be able go this far and obtain unimaginable power like, Nova, Toreo and Ebba?
While making their way back to the others or at least some of them, Nova had a nervous gut feeling churning within her as if something bad must've happened during her separation with Riaura and is growing increasingly worried of her besties well-being. Upon landing the eldest son of the Son family was seen standing on his own waiting for something before turning around seeing her begin to walk towards him giving him some time to chill and rushed over. "There you are! Are you hurt?" He panicked making her feel embarrassed over his overprotective brother instincts before Piccolo appeared out of nowhere feeling their presence as well as Ebba's.
"I'm fine.. we have a plan to stop this tournament and save the last remaining Universes without then being erased" Replying back as the old God came forward standing beside her until Gohan pulled her away from him not aware that this Saiyan was actually her real blood father.
"Who are you?" Gohan questioned keeping his little sister safely hidden behind him since Goku's or his little brother wasn't there leaving him responsible for whatever would happens to her under his watch even if Zorion was there by her side.
"He is Ebba, Xzander's older twin brother. He's the one who organised the plan and all we need to do next is get the 2 powerfully beings here to fuse in order to break the chains since Nova can't used her staff or she's get us all disqualified" Zorion replied answering Gohan's question standing by the old God's side knowing that he wasn't anything like Xzander.
"Twin? Like the good God that once perished all those years ago? How are we supposed to know if he can be trusted?" Questioning him again even as Nova placed her left hand on his shoulder causing him to look at her seeing this look in her eyes putting his questions on a hold for now.
"We haven't got a time for questions, we must find the others and regroup if we were to have a better chance of breaking these chains and escaping with our bodies still intact" Nova responded as something caught Gohan's eye glancing at her hand seeing a ring before suddenly removing her hand from his shoulder leaving him stunned for a second.
"Wait a minute? Since when did he propose to my sister?!" Thinking to himself snapping back to reality leaving this to be answered when they arrive back home together safe and sound. It wasn't long when they found Goku and Vegeta working together against a flock of Saiyans that belonged to Anti-Universe 6, but why were they fighting instead of hiding?
"Typical Saiyans. I missed fighting like that, but even now at a time like this we need to step in and go through with the plan. Nova, could you cause a diversion for me?" Ebba instructed as she looked at the situation for a second before taking off ready to be mouthed at for interrupting a fight between warriors even though they looked like they were struggling. Punching one of them surprising Goku who blinked for a few seconds before glancing at her as the two remained floating glancing at one another.
"Hey! That was mine Nova! I thought you knew better than to butt in like that" Goku complained even though Nova expected him to act like this while Zorion dealt with Vegeta. "What is happening?!" He exclaimed seeing this sudden turn of events wondering if his own friends were turning against him.
"If you come with us, Ebba will explain everything to you" Nova responded as Goku glanced to look at him realising that this was not a threat, but was this guy really to be trusted? The two eldest mortal Saiyan's followed them to a distant area of the planet isolated from any other place that was mostly destroyed due to a lot of fighting thats taking place throughout the tournament. Ebba was able to explain the plan to Goku and Vegeta slightly understanding the concept of it, but why fusion of all things?
"So you want the strongest warriors to fuse together and break the chains of... what you call them again?" Goku questioned already forgetting the name of the chains the chains that Xzander created as only a being stronger or equal than him can break them since angel magic wouldn't be necessary due to a curse that prevented it from being used.
"Cursed chains, they are specialised to keep all especially angels at bay that prevents any use of divine magic which only leaves us with the option to fuse so do tell me, who are your 2 strongest warriors? I know for a fact that there are people here higher of your power, Saiyan" Ebba responded with a proud smile which caught the hero's attention as he glanced over at Nova seriously knowing that even in her base form she can still go head to head against Mastered Ultra Instinct let alone hitting it precisely, but with whatever training she went under who knows how much stronger she had become under the aid of her new master, Toreo.
"Nova is currently the strongest one out of us all, not even Ultra Instinct can take her down anymore" Goku honestly replied putting her on the spot even though she can't even control all of her unlimited power like any ordinary being in the entirety of the Multiverse.
"What are you planning to do, Kakarot? Go and do that stupid fusion dance already! We haven't got all day" Vegeta grew impatient knowing by all the times they fought against each other that Goku was going to be the one to fuse with Nova which surprised him as he X-ray he's his head unsure if the fusion can control the combination of their powers.
"You sure? I don't think our fusion can within our combined power. It could potential destroy the entire planet if it loses control" Goku hesitantly replied even though he never though if teaching her the dance either, but you'll never know unless you try. It wasn't that he didn't want to, but the lives of several were on the line if the fusion were to lose control and destroy everything that surrounds it including the planet itself and all that are taking part in the tournament fighting for their lives.
"You mean the Metamoran fusion dance?" Nova asked shocking her two fathers biological or not as none of them ever mentioned or brought this up to her during growing up for personal reasons even though the thought of fighting against a being stronger than any immortal within the Multiverse did once pop up in his head, but destruction would mostly occur if it were to happen on Earth any anywhere else.
"You know how to do that silly dance?! How?" Vegeta demanded answers as the beings that once taught Goku the dance had gone extinct making it impossible for anyone to know the secrets of fusion of than the potara earings that last 2x longer depending on which ones that are used as there are multiple of in existence, but not to be used illy by mortals.
"My master taught me it. Is there something wrong with that?" Nova was rather offended by his reply standing there with a hand on her hip by the fact that they thought she wouldn't know how to do some simple fusion dance.
"No, no, no! There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, Snowflake. I would love to fuse with you! It's just the thought of how insanely powerful the fusion of us will be if we tend to use every ounce of our power to escape this place without losing control!" Goku panicked going up to her cupping his hands around one of hers agreeing to do the dance and become one with Nova.
"Are you ready to begin? Remember we're on borrowed time, so make this first attempt your last" Ebba spoke up putting an insane amount of pressure on the Toura-Jin since Goku can easily do the dance would any fail it's just the other person that's dancing who needs to be in sync with him. Goku slightly nodded preparing himself for the worse that could happen as they were given room to fuse.
"You ready, Nova?" Goku asked looking at her as she could see how nervous he was in just his expression alone before nodding back at him knowing that this is the only option they have to escape this place and release the curse so the Tournament can come to a close, permanently.
"Fuuuuuu-sion! HAA!" The both yelled as their index fingers touched while a burst of light appeared out of nowhere merging the two warriors together to create a even stronger ally. However somewhere else a few miles away Riaura was struggling to stand on her own anymore as the effects of the blue senzu bean had wore off leaving her vulnerable to all attacks and are currently being cornered by several seekers and hiders due to the outburst of energy she exposed to everyone she wanted to fight against and prove that she wasn't some weak low class warrior.
"Look at who's the weakling now, pretty princess" one of the rivalling Anti-Universes typically 6 in general have become increasingly aggressive aiming at the warriors who are either alone or seemed weaker typically females like Riaura who almost took out half of their men. "But.. we could let you go if you y'know.. let have a piece of you" He said licking his lips thinking nothing other than letting his primal instincts take over startling Riraura who grew hesitant and afraid knowing that she wouldn't be able to take them all on herself like this.
"Father.. where are you?" Thinking to herself begging for at least one person from her Universe to come in and change them off. "It's no use, no one is coming to help me.. this is embarrassing! Father is going be so disappointed in me" dissing herself refusing to accept reality even though the worse was to come of her if help doesn't come soon.
"Alright then, let's get started shall we" the evil and disgusting warrior stated walking over to her as she stood there holding her arm badly banged up from sticking to the defence for so long. Riraura was left frozen unsure of what to do slowly backing away from the mad man who grinned maniacally at her having only one intention in mind and it wasn't intending to fight her in a way it was supposed to be. Upon reaching out to grab her he was only able to make it an extra metre before someone came out of nowhere and knocked him back with a heavy punch to the face shocking the group at the face they recognised so clearly.
"How dare you swoop that low and try to touch a defenceless female like this? You should be killed by my hand for such crime!" Prince Alvar yelled at the warrior in a high angered tone startling all that stood around him knowing what will come to them if the king were to find out what crime they have committed in the presence of a prince.
"W-wait! I beg of you, Alvar! Have mercy on me!!" The now fearful warrior pleaded as the other got down on their knees in a begging manner not wishing to be killed for such a crime.
"I don't care. You had the intention to touch a princess without permission let alone take advantage of her, that you sick bastards is a crime that shouldn't be left unpunished" Alvar was showing no remorse standing in front of Riaura defending her like a real man unlike his men, looking back at her she remained clueless on why he was being so nice to her ever since their first confrontation. "Are you alright?" He asked in a calm tone not wanting to make her uncomfortable or fear him because of those selfish warriors and their dirty sick twisted minds.
"I.. I'm fine thanks, but why are you being so nice to me? I barely even know you despite our last.. confrontation after I departed from my friend, isn't seeing me now feel weird?" Riaura asked with a slight hint of nervousness in her tone as he sighed turning to face her while the warriors remained on the ground fearing for the worst to happen to them.
"First of all you're nothing compared to these pathetic bunch or the females back on my planet, you stood up to me refusing to let me push you around like some maid.. and you're very cute, demanding and adorable when you're mad so I claimed you as my own and to be my future Queen to rule beside me after my father either dies or gives up his throne to me" Alvar was speaking the truth he intended to make Riraura his ever since they first encountered setting an internal flame within him one of a feeling he thought would never come back and yet here he is falling for her.
"But we barely know each other.." Riaura was unsure if his words were true as he caught on by her unsureness placing his hands upon her waist pulling her with the sense of comfort and safety while the others that surrounded them remained silent and surprised at what they were witnessing, has Alvar finally found the right Queen to stand beside him for the rest of his life? Or will regret soon follow?
High in the sky a new forged warrior was in sights of all that watched from below wondering who this being is. The hair was long and spiky just like Goku's SSJ4 transformation, but white while as for the body it was feminine, but the anatomy of a man and Nova's facial features as well and the height of Goku and tail length between Saiyan and Toura-Jin creating yet again another perfect fusion between two beings. The clothes were new and odd compared to what Gogeta would wear as this time this fusion was wearing a black form-fitting short-sleeved shirt, black pants, black boots and stockings, white flowing vest with a long backside that is secured by a light blue obi that tied around their waist and armbands. Their name was Gova, weird and yet the only thing they can come up with to match their over energetic and cheery personality between the two beings. Gova got as close as they can get being two metres away from touching the no go zone before suddenly beginning to power up as high as they can go in their base form shocking all at what they're witnessing to and how dead they'll be if they were to stand face to face with this warrior in the flesh.
"This isn't even our best!" They yelled putting their hands in a familiar position preparing to charge a powerful Kamehameha blast straight at the chains, but if that doesn't work then surely something else will do better.
"You sure they'll be able to do it?" Vegeta questioned Ebba's plan as he too was now stuck on this planet and could be for the rest of his life if the plan doesn't go as he intended.
"Of course it will. After all it was the Grand Priest that came up with the idea so of course it will" He confidently replied even though more power was needed if they were break out form this place. "However.. I think they might have to up it a notch if they were to have any chance of break those cursed chains" he added which didn't make things any easier for the rest of the fighters that observed from below preying that this last chance they have to save them and the last remaining Anti-Universes.
"You hear that! You need to more power you idiots?!" Vegeta yelled out alerting the fusion to go even further forcing them to go Super Saiyan making they attack even stronger cracking the chains that bounded over the planet, Gova saw this and went even more further upping it to Super Saiyan 2 demolishing they chains releasing the curse and all cancelling the tournament for good allowing the deities to come and collect their minions separating Riaura from Alvar. Gova appeared back to the others unsure on how much time they have left collecting the remaining warriors of their Universe before quickly departing back Earth where they unfused bringing back Goku and Nova who looked back at one another clueless on what had just happened.
"We're back.. home?" Nova said unsure if this was real by the fact that Ebba's plan actually worked out as out of nowhere she was hugged from behind by Goku lifting her up as she slightly panicked from shock before he put her back down again.
"I always knew that everything would turn out great in the end!" Goku said with a smile even though he was the one that was unsure about fusing with Nova as she looked at him like 'really' knowing the truth behind it all.
"Also, Zorion finally proposed to Nova!" Gohan exclaimed embarrassing his sister on the spot as she went red looking away from the pair of goofs especially their father who looked shocked completely taken off guard by it.
"Really?! When?!" Goku too was just as confused as Gohan wondering when they could've proposed unlike the Immortals who know exactly what happened. Zorion stepped forward and explained when and the reason behind it not believing that the Universe would make it so he decided to do it then than later in case things do turn out to go from bad to worse. "Wow, you really know your stuff" surprised and yet very happy that his little snowflake was finally finally growing up, but the biggest news was yet to be announced. I wonder what this news would be? Do you?
