Chapter 21
Riaura's PoV:
I can't bear feeling like this anymore even though it has only been a month since the tournament ended and I have 2 weeks left until Nova's wedding day arrives, but if I continue feeling I'll I won't be able to go as her maid of honour and she'll surely hate me for it. Great whats should I do? I don't even know what's happening to me anymore!
Laying on my bed staring at the ceiling thinking of what could be up with me and yet the obvious ones always seemed to slip my mind. "Riaura" mum called my name as my bedroom door opened allowing her to enter seeing me still stuck in bed. "Why don't you get out of your room and get some fresh air? Let me remind you Nova's special day is coming up and I don't think she wants her maid of honour to be tired and baggy eyed" she was right maybe some fresh air could do me some good.
"Alright.. I'll have a walk and see if that'll make me feel better" I replied getting up from my bed which was a mistake as soon as I got onto my feet my mind went fuzzy and my legs went jelly pulling me back down on the bed holding my head.
"Nausea? Riaura.. what really happened when you met that Prince your father mentioned?" She caught on very quickly which isn't good so maybe I can think of something and quickly.
"What are you on about? What Prince?" I asked wanting to at least know what exactly father had told her and maybe some of the lies like how he left me alone so he can fight some warriors which I can't blame him since I too wanted to get back into action.
"Alvar I think it was? Whatever it is your father said he tried to touch you! Is this true?" Yelling like always I plugged my ears hating that screeching noise even though I'm used to it by now and yet now it's getting rather annoying.
"Alright I slept with him! Is that better mum? Someone changed my calendar and because of that I wasn't able to take my pill and prevent it from happening since father left me to continue fighting in that stupid tournament!..
There is said it" I guess the truth came out leaving her shocked in silence and yet her expression was more concerned than angry as she pulled me into a hug.
"My poor baby. Please tell me it's a lie!" She begged even though it wasn't a lie Alvar did have his way with me and yet here I am unsure of what he gave me, disease? Virus? Please don't be an STD anything else, but not that. "I'm going to kill that Prince and your father! He shouldn't have left you alone like that, you need to take a test just in case. Just stay here I'll be right back" I nodded as she quickly bolted out leaving me on my own once again. So I'm not going on that walk she wanted me to go on? Hm, human women confuse me sometimes.
I waited for like 10 minutes until she came rushing back in grabbing my wrist yanking me into the bathroom locking the door behind us as she stood and kept on guard for any nosy boys that lurk about. "Remind me exactly what you want me to do?" I asked as she sighed pulling out a pregnancy test from her lab jacket which surprised me I can't possibly be pregnant, could I?
"Just do it, please. Even if it turns out to be positive I'll be there for you just like a mother should be for their child, so don't be afraid" mum was kind especially to her family as she turned around allowing me to do what I need to do and waited for the result which I was nervous about.
"What do you think father would say? Will he hate me? Think I'm a disgrace for allowing this to happen?" I mumbled on afraid of being hated by anyone in the family especially the ones that been there for me from the very beginning.
"What?! Why would you think that? Your father would never think that of you and even if he did I'll knock some sense into him!" She confidently said with a smile making me chuckle knowing that she would since it's chicks before dicks anyway. "Now that's better to see other than that heartbreaking frowning" I can feel the tension afraid to look at the test so I let my mother do it for me as she gasped making it pretty clear that this was the reason why I am feeling so shitty.
"I guess that means you're going to be a grandma, mum" I responded making it obvious that I was going to keep it than letting it die away and give it the life it deserves than to let the poor thing die, after all it's all mine.
"I'll tell your father so why don't you go and have a nice walk like I offered to clear your mind" she suggested as I gulped knowing that she's probably preparing me for a yelling from my father, but I don't care this is my choice and there will be nothing he can do to take it away from me.
I decided to ring Nova and bring her with me just in case things turn bad and tell her the big news while I'm at it since she's my best friend after all. "I'm here! What's the matter? You do t usually ring me without having something to rant about" Nova floating down to meet me as we were in the meadow she now lives with Zorion not being far from home, but whatever makes her happy I guess.
"Well, my mum already knows.. I'm pregnant" I can straight out with it seeing her eyes widen and instantly touch my stomach out of the blue as I sighed expecting the idiot to be like this.
"You weren't kidding. *pulls hands away* healthy and growing which is always a good sigh, but when did this happen?" She asked slightly putting me on edge as the image of Alvar came to mind knowing exactly who the father was.
"The tournament.. Alvar had his way with me and got me pregnant" I replied feeling no tension which is weird I swear if she already knew I'm going to smack her so hard she'll look like a plum! "Did you know about this?" I questioned getting suspicious as she stood back unsure of what to say which got me thinking.
"No? I was fused with my dad in order to break the chains and if I knew that he put a baby in you I'm pretty sure my dad would've told your dad by now" it was true fusion does share the memories and past of the hosts that fused to make a new being so maybe she's just calm about this. I swear I better not be hallucinating?
"I swear I'm losing all sense of reality, Nova. I know how pregnancy is like, but I never thought I'll get pregnant this soon! I'm 20 for fuck sake" this was beginning to frustrate me as she pulled me into a hug which felt warm and comfortable than usual unless it's my senses tricking me again.
"Trust me you'll get through it I know you will. Since you're Riraura the princess of Saiyans by I remind you and from what I remember you're actually saving the species not the other way round" Nova oddly said patting my back before a familiar man landed behind us resulting her to release me.
"Could you kindly give us some privacy I would like to speak to my daughter" great the old man is here. My back remained facing him as Nova was forced to leave me with my father making me nervous of what he might say or make me do. "I want to know. Is what your mother is saying true? Did that bastard really get you pregnant?" There he goes cussing off again like always calling the Prince that saved me a bastard even though he isn't actually the Saiyan you think he is. "Look at me while I'm talking to you, Riaura!" He demanded as I scoffed turning around to look at him unsure of what to think of his expression as it was mixed between anger and worry even though his arms remained crossed like always.
"Yes and so if it is! you can't do anything about it, this is my baby and I'm keeping it" I stood my ground as he raised an eyebrow unsure if I was being serious in my decision.
"Do you even know what it's like to have a child? The pain? And yet you want to hurt yourself and be reminded that the man who gave you it wouldn't be coming back! Are you insane?!" He was right Alvar might never be coming back which doesn't mean I won't be able to raise and train this baby to be as strong as me my little Prince or Princess I don't what gender it is I'll love unconditionally.
"And? Is there anything else you want to add? I don't care if he isn't coming back as it'll give me a better chance on giving my baby a better life and be stronger than him! I will make my baby the warrior it is meant to be and I won't let you or anyone change my mind!" I yelled back my standing my ground as he smiled proudly knowing that he had raised me right.
"Gotta admit. You are smart, strong and loving, but when it comes to having a Saiyan child don't be scared to ask for advise, just like your mother says I'll be there for you. Teach the little bastard how to kick some ass!" I couldn't believe it he really isn't trying to force me to get rid of it? I guess dad is cooler than I think he was.
No One's PoV:
Somewhere deep in the outskirts of space the fearless Xzander and his guardian Clyde enter the palace of the Omni King a place he should never step foot in and yet something about him is different more confident than before if he tends to bark ways with the king for a quick and painless death. His presence was quickly detected as he came into the 2 King's throne room seeing them looking down at him with the Grand Priest stand close by as well as the guards knowing how strong this God is truly capable of, but where is Angelisa?
"What are you doing here? state your business, Traitor" The Grand Priest demanded with both hands hid behind his back keeping a professional look as the father of all angels. Xzander remained silent glaring at the Kings' that remained sat on their thrones confused on what this Saiyan was planning to do. "I demand a response, Xzander!" The Priest's voice grew more impatient and aggressive as the God sighed glancing back at Clyde who closed his eyes and nodded knowing exactly what to do bringing out his staff forcing the Grand Priest to bring out his to protect the kings, but that wasn't the plan. Xzander smirked seeing how his plan was going exactly how it should be.
"What a shame. They really have no clue on what's going to happen to them do they?" Clyde said acting sympathetic for the angels as the only way to get to the king was through their only line of defense.
"Stop wasting time and do it already!" He demanded as the guardian used his newly advanced magic to teleport the Priest and guards to a place of no escape where no one can get free not even the innocent is safe there anymore. "Now where were we. Ah yes. I was going to kill you" Xzander coldly spoke avoiding the Kings' trick on erasing him as he appeared in front of them within seconds impaling them through chest with 2 red spirit swords similar to Vegito's sword that killed Goku Black and Zamasu's fusion before they became one with the Universe until Zeno was summoned resulting in the monster's death. The 2 Omni King's deaths were quick as their bodies went limp as Xzander rid of their bodies and begin to modify his palace now claimed as his own and the new ruler over the Multiverse. However before the Kings' were killed the Grand Priest was able to send a massage to his children until his magic faded away giving him the news of their death by the hand of the new evil king.
Back on Earth Whis was informed of the situation in hand warning Beerus what had happened to the Grand Priest and possibly the Omni King having greater plans in store for Nova than ever as she could be their last hope to save the multiverse and restore peace once again. However the plans waited after the honeymoon as the plans of making her the next God Of Destruction since it wont take long for Xzander to make his first move and claim the weakest Universes to duplicate his numbers before going for the stronger ones.
When Nova walked down the isle looking drop dead gorgeous in her wedding dress with Goku guiding his daughter to the end of the isle ready to put her life in Zorion's hands for the rest of his life and all eternity. "You sure are brave walking me down like this" Nova said to her father as he chuckled knowing how much he was holding back by the fact he's watching his little girl growing into a grown woman.
"I know, but if anything bad happens don't be afraid to tell me" Goku replied being the protective father has willing to keep her safe no matter what happens he will always be there for her as she smiled knowing him well. When they were announced husband and wife bringing Zorion into the Son family and a strong son-in-law who to this day still keeps his status as a God under the belt trusting Nova with everything.
However when the day came for Nova to begin things were heating up as certain people disagreed to use her powers for destruction. "There is more to a God Of Destruction's job that just destroying, she can restore peace and keep Earth safe from harm when you need her, but you have no say in this anymore my lord has made his choice and is sticking by it" Whis spoke telling Goku that there is absolutely nothing they can say or do to change Beerus' mind of choosing her even though she still has to consent on agreeing on their terms. Despite being on Beerus' planet training was cut short because of this important talk they wanted with Nova hoping she agrees to becoming his successor.
"What do you say? Do you want to be the savior you always dream of being or let Xzander get away with the crime of murdering the Omni King? The choice is up to you" Beerus implied looking at the newly wedded as she grew gulped nervously unsure of what to do even though her heart wants to do it as if this was her destiny to protect and take down Xzander once and for all.
"I don't want anyone to hate me, but I will only accept if you don't destroy Earth or its people or anything in this Universe" Nova replied being very specific as Beerus smirked willing to make the deal with the Toura-jin knowing that she will become one heck of a God being unlike anything the other Gods have ever seen.
"You hear that Whis? Looks like we have ourselves the next God Of Destruction" Beerus said proudly as Nova was grew unsure if she made the right decision making Goku even more cautious than before while Zorion was ready to give her more intel if she demands to know the rules of the Gods and how to be better than her current master, Beerus. "Now. Nova your training to contain your power begins, now. I'll mess around with the Saiyans until you're done" Beerus added instructing Whis to take her away for dimensional where two years there would pass with only one day in their world which is similar to the hyperbolic time chamber.
"You sure about this? Being a God is very difficult so listen well to what they teach you" Zorion whispered knowing that she'll do great under their wing even though he grew hesitant to leave her alone incase she needed him.
"I'll be fine, just make sure nothing bad happens to my family while I'm away, this is for the best" Nova replied trusting her husband to help her father and protect Earth for as long as they can if they were to have a chance against Xzander. Whis took her away for training leaving Beerus to play with his toys in training until Nova comes back immortal and in the wear he knows will suit her.
"After 2 days of her training she will undergo a ceremony held by Whis alone without the Grand Priest to make her immortal and my replacement for the greater good of the Multiverse if she were to have any chances of taking down Xzander" Beerus admitted as it would be 4 years in her current time, but 2 days for there's when she'll become a God and after then she'll undergo intense training to control her powers and use them to rid the Multiverse of the evil that is threatening all life as we speak.
"So like she'll be immortal and our God Of Destruction for all eternity?" Vegeta questioned unsure of what the God was saying is true or he was losing his mind, but Beerus wasn't lying and Nova will succeed on being the best God he has ever made under the guidance of an angel.
"You're going to make her suffer and watch us all die? Have you ever told her that?!" Goku yelled refusing to let his daughter grieve over him and the friends she make over and over again for the decision he forced upon her and yet the God grew impatient.
"You fools! Nova knows exactly what she's getting herself into and she won't be alone because she has Zorion by her side as he can't die! He too is immortal and a God trained by Lady Mittens herself! Can't you see that? Zorion is a God just like your precious little Snowflake, Saiyan. She will succeed because if you don't I know she will" Beerus was cold and yet truthful making the Saiyans look at Zorion who remained silent knowing that this day would come, but not now anything other than this.
"YOU WHAT?!" Goku Exclaimed in rage grabbing onto Zorion's collar pulling him close while the now announced God Of Saiyans tried to remain calm never wanting any of this to happen and yet it does.
"Please, Goku. I can explain it isn't what you think it is! I swear!" Zorion pleaded as he never had any ill intentions in his heart as he only wanted Nova to be by his side and feeling her love made him feel even more determined to keep on going having that thing he was desperate to fight for.
"Give me one reason why I should kick your ass right now?!" He demanded betrayed thinking that he knew everything about him and yet this was spilled in the time they needed one another and yet at his throat wanting to kill him.
"I had no reason to fight other than for the Multiverse, but when I found Nova I fell in love and the day when she said yes and loved me for who I was, it reminded me of what I lost when I was a little boy the thing I was searching for my whole life, please I love her" He confessed right there and then making Goku think releasing the God from his angered grip slowly calming down from his rage knowing that what he was saying was true, but even if it wasn't Goku wouldn't have the guts to kill him or she wouldn't be able to forgive even if he tries to explain it there is nothing to explain when you murder a love of someone's life. Will Nova become strong enough in time? Or will everyone suffer under Xzander's rain for all eternity?
