Chapter 32

In the end Xzander did the rational thing and turned Nova back to normal, but used her weakness to condition the young God and prevent her from escaping by applying a invisible force field around the palace that prevented her from using instant transmission or sense any KI to try and communicate for any help and yet Nova was forced to press down her BP and rid her Godly KI to prevent anyone especially Ebba from finding their location despite being a very noticeable place for anyone to start looking as it used to belong to the Omni King.

"Um.. master?" Nova nervously asked scared to make eye contact with him as he sat proudly on his throne glaring down at her silently processing what she wanted.

"Get out with it! Can't you see that your master is busy?" Xzander growled in response causing her to flinch in fear as the room filled with silence, deafening silence that could drive anyone to insanity startling all life that surrounded him.

".. I wanted to know if.. I can go into the courtyard?" She asked slightly trembling wishing to not be punished again as he sighed slightly brightening the room.

"Whatever.. Cabo, go and make sure she doesn't try escaping this time" He demanded as a almost old looking Saiyan a few decades older than Goku could be seen wearing red, black and white armored uniform without shoulder pads came forward with a serious expression as his hair was black, very long and spiked while his eyes were cold and dark as a huge noticeable and permanent claw looking scar could seen going along his face as he was missing his tail due to a.. complicated situation that occurred during his time in the eternal prison.

"Come on, let go" Cabo said standing there beside her waiting for Nova to walk and ensure that she doesn't attempt to escape. Suddenly Xzander stood up from his throne and began to walk up towards Nova with pride and power.

"Now behave while I'm gone" Xzander said before giving her a cringy smooch on the lips as she was scared to pull away or that to her would be classed as misbehaving while Cabo looked away disgusted on the sight he was seeing feeling the pain she had to put up with, but it quickly ended when he pulled away and vanished to do his so called business leaving Nova to gip.

"I think I'm going to be sick" she mumbled as Cabo sighed playing a hand on her shoulder causing them to teleport to the nearest toilet allowing her to throw up from the disgust of having her own Uncle kiss her hating the taste that remained the back of her tongue.

"At least you aren't pregnant by the bastard.. cause if you were then I would have to kill it" Cabo responded not wanting to living with himself on having someone forcefully getting his own relatives pregnant let alone his own niece, but luckily for them she wasn't.

Nova didn't want to reply back as she used a load ton of toothpaste and mouthwash to rid of his taste before they could go to the courtyard and enjoy the peace for as long as they could. However one was curious to know more about the other.

"Cabo.. do you know anyone called Xeno?" Nova curiously asked and yet was nervous to confront him due to his serious demeanor as he turned his head at her while both arms were still crossed refusing to let his guard down.

"You mean Neoma's little buddy, right? He's the main reason why I was sent away to the Eternal Prison and how I got this nasty scar across my face" he responded willingly wanting her to know what hell that little bastard brought him.

"Why did you get sent away? I-I was just wondering" Nova questioned visibly scared of what his reaction would be, but Cabo was far older than Nova and wasn't into harming women let alone one that is being forced against her will to please Xzander's perverted needs.

"I don't really remember a lot about it other than lashing out during a fight on Planet Vular to be honest, but after that I was knocked out and then when I woke up, the bastards had put me in chains and under constant watch of the guardians until I had learned my lesson.. I never had anything to learn other than to control my anger, but isolation isn't always to best when you're supposed to be raising Cubs and protecting them.. I'll do anything to see them again" he answered being incredibly heart felt of being separated from his family because of an accident and failure to fully control his enraged power during to fight and now he has to pay the price by not being able to watch his grandkids grow up and become incredible warriors.

"I want to see mine too.. I miss my son.. Zora" Nova mumbled off as the old Saiyan placed a hand on her shoulder giving at least some support despite being one of Xzander's many strong warriors in his so called army of inmates.

"I'm sure we'll all get what we want when this is all over and done with.. you don't deserve to go through this hell. Wait.. you know what? I'm actually going to find a way to get you out of here and reunite you with your family. No need to help me I can cope with Xzander's yelling and beatings so don't try anything stupid, kid" he butted in having an idea and hoped to himself that he can find a way out before it is too late for them.

"But, what about you? Don't you have a family too?" She questioned again not wanting to leave him behind and suffer just so she can be free, but he just chuckled with a confident smirk knowing what he is doing and that she doesn't have to worry.

"Hahaha! I may be old, but I am capable of caring for myself, kid. And just like you said you have a son who needs you more than anything, and I don't want him to live without having you around to teach him how to be a real warrior" he replied not giving a single fuck of what he could end up being if Nova does succeed on escaping without any complications which at first made Nova wary on his plan of escaping this place and if it'll actually work.

"I hope he knows what he's doing" thinking to herself still unsure if she can trust him just like that. Is he really one to be trusted?

Nova at the time couldn't do anything to defend herself due to the serious injuries Xzander had made on her tail which leaves her to be far weaker than normal leaving the tail to be permanently bandaged and wrapped around her waist out of reach from those who wish to do her harm.

However, little did anyone know that the invisible barrier would be secretly infiltrated by an Unknown traitor within the palace allowing all to sense high separate God like KI's that were walking around the area as this instantly caught the attention of Cabo who was somehow able to sense these impostors as he went full bodyguard mode getting in front of Nova as no one knew who these beings are or if they were truly friendly.

"What are you doing, Cabo? You're beginning to act very weird. Is something happening?" Nova asked very puzzled on why her old Saiyan guard was acting up as she was unable to sense the possible danger that was slowly coming closer to them and due to her injured tail thanks to Xzander her tail is slanted and isn't able to bend curl and flick like it did before leaving it out in the open for anyone to grab.

"Just stay behind me. We are not alone" He replied keeping his eyes glued to the surroundings hoping that he doesn't have to fight especially against Xzander or his twin brother Ebba as Cabo's power isn't capable of reaching that high yet. Nova instantly got the message and remained close behind the only source of protection she had fearing that Xzander could've heard them and is hunting them down, but that could just be her fear acting up.

"What makes you think she'll be here? It's practically filled with petrified innocent people. I understand you're an all, but are you sure we aren't in the wrong place, Aera?" Goku questioned unsure if this palace was really the one he used to remember when seeing the Omni King years before he was assassinated and replaced by Xzander, but seeing the scared and starved prisons he had working for him made everything very uneasy for them to track Nova down.

"Yes! I know my father particularly well and what he would specifically do if he had the chance to own a palace like this. She is here, I just know it! And when we do find her we should free the others and get back to the planet Vular before he finds out that we are here" Aera replied knowing quite a lot about his cold hearted father and what he would do with the people he captures to make the palace feel like one he always dreampt of making. The boy wasn't wrong as Ebba too agreed consciously to himself while keeping a close eye for anything that could lead them to Nova quicker than getting themselves lost in this place and become its next victims.

"Can any of you sense her KI yet? I'm having trouble pinning on even though I can feel a Xeno wondering far into dangerous grounds. There's another Saiyan here and he's walking right towards them" Ebba randomly spoke up alerting the others of what he could sense in the current circumstances they're in, but another one could be sensed appearing and fading closely next to the Saiyan as if taking refuge from something they consider as a threat which to their surprise will be Xeno if nothing is quickly done or a fight might break loose. "However, there is another one.. it is faint and very weak hiding behind the Saiyan using them as a barricade from something, but only Xeno is there walking closer to the courtyard not realising the danger he has just put himself in" He continued letting them know that another Saiyan was here weirdly protecting something Ebba couldn't quite put his finger on and describe due to how weak they appeared to be. 

This caught the other's attention wanting to check it out, but despite Xeno in his SSJ4 form he is clearly capable of defending himself from danger if he was to come across Xzander however that wasn't the case for him as he would be occupied with something mind blowing, intense and sickening.

"Huh? How come he can go solo and fight and I can't? I'm just as strong as he is and fully capable enough to defend myself" Goku complained feeling rather offended that he wasn't able to potentially fight against anyone even though Xeno wouldn't really be fighting Cabo unless he pulls a risky move that might cause one if seen as a threat. 

"Quit wining! We aren't here so you monkeys can fight, it's a mission to save Nova. Not for you to complain about fighting, that part only becomes necessary if Xzander appears during the search" Ebba snarkly replied not in the mood to joke around as he had a lot of things to do when they get back to Planet Vular. Goku huffed in response as Vegeta rolled his eyes at them wanting things to hurry or for something interesting to happen than just walking around finding nothing other than cowardly petty prisoners. "Besides, we have to be in a group until I say we can split. Xeno is better than me on tracking people without the use of echo location" he added being rather honest on the main reason why Xeno had to be separated as he is very well known for hunting down people either they're a threat or not it was one of his main key skills or could it just be pure sheer luck?

Back with Xeno who was wondering down an empty, silent and what seemed to be a continuous corridor having no hope whatsoever on finding anything that could lead him straight to Nova other than a high KI that seemed to slightly growing slowly the more time he wastes unable to use Ebba's technique to find where it is potentially coming from. However he was following his gut when coming across a opening that was connected to the courtyard knowing that the Saiyan could be there preparing for a fight when appearing and stopping in his tracks before turning to look at Cabo instantly recognising him, but something else seemed to stand out to the lad as the Saiyan could be seen protecting something with his oddly muscular body refusing to stand down especially to a crossbreed like himself.

"I'm surprised that the Galactic Patrol hasn't taken you in yet? However, I did expect more of an explosive approach than this from a rampaging Saiyan like yourself, Cabo. What's with the sudden change?" Xeno questioned him while carefully walking towards him while remaining vigilant as he may seemed distracted, but really it was to trick any others nearby to attack and strike them down before dealing with him.

"Hmph! Am I not aloud to protect anyone innocent? You young ones these days are always the same and simple minded, never seeing a real threat than just instantly judging those you see fit even if they're just an innocent, sweet little child. And for this lady I am willingly putting my life on the line for her so she can escape this place and be with her family!" Cabo replied back already mad at seeing the one responsible for his imprisonment to begin with. Nova took notice on this recognising the voice, but remained behind her only current protection she has in this place not wanting to take any chances on seeing who this familiarity could potentially be.

"Whatever, old man. I'm not in the mood for chit-chat as I am looking for someone that Xzander had taken away from me and Ebba. Have you seen a white haired blue eyed Toura-jin/Angel girl walking about? If so, SPILL" Xeno replied becoming increasingly impatient while remaining calm and yet his glare towards Cabo was something else and incredibly intimidating putting the old Saiyan at his edge.

"Why? What if I did? For all I know you might be tricking me just so you can take her back to Xzander! I will never hand her over to you. Over my dead body" He replied becoming hostile getting in a defensive stance preparing for a fight, but Xeno wasn't really in the mood for a brawl against someone who would easily be defeated in the form he was currently in, but hearing his reply peeked at his curiosity.

"Oh! She's currently with you? That makes things far easier for me then. Just let me communicate the others and let them deal with you instead" Xeno replied adding some sort of enthusiasm with his response confusing Cabo when seeing the young lad to change the language of his body to something more trusting and calm.

"Wait? You weren't joking.. were you?" Cabo confusingly said now knowing that his life could turn for the worst if things do sort out and get the intruders out before Xzander gets back seeing Xeno communicating with the others not really wanting them all to come other than Ebba or maybe Goku to prove his point on coming here to collect Nova.

"Well.. Ebba is busy with the others, but her father will be coming, so just give him a mi--*Goku appears out of nowhere in front of Xeno facing the lad*" Xeno was quickly cut off when seeing how serious Goku seemed to become feeling his stare that instantly stole away all the confidence he had on joining them on this important mission.

"Where is he and my daughter?" he asked in a serious tone causing Xeno to tilt his head to the right at Cabo making the Saiyan turn around and glare at the guy that potentially says he is protecting Nova, but where is the exact proof? "YOU. Tell me where she is? And if I find out that you did anything funny to her I will personally break every bone in your body to the point that not even death can fix you" This threat almost caused Cabo to wet himself feeling and believing this guys seriousness as a cold shiver went down his spine, but that all changed when Nova's head popped over the old man's shoulder allowing them to see her as she rushed around in tears and hugged him tightly quivering in fear glad to see him here knowing that she will be saved from this never ending hell. Goku saw the bandages on her tail and how slanted it had become hardly moving almost touching the floor causing him to freeze and process everything he was seeing and feeling.

"Before you ask, Xzander was the one that has harmed her and in many ways in fact that no father like yourself would want to see happen to their own kid.. let alone have her own Uncle kiss her in ways that even makes me sick to the stomach" Cabo said telling the two in less detail as possible, but made it understandable to them of the things Xzander could've possibly done to her during the week of being imprisoned here constantly tortured for things she hasn't done.

"What has he done to you?" Goku asked with a panicked tone wanting to hear from her than a stranger who appeared to be 'helping' her, but for all he know it could be an act to get out of harms way and yet he was innocent and not a threat to Nova unlike everyone else if her tail doesn't heal up properly.

".. He did things to my body and broke my tail to the point that I can't even feel it anymore.. I want to go home" She replied scared for her life and wanted to just go home and get as far from this place as possible, but upon hearing those words Goku seemed to have snapped causing him to vanish and reappear in front of Ebba who was taken back by sudden change in his behaviour and with Nova tightly in his arms refusing to release her until Xzander is dealt with PERMANENTLY.

"Where the fuck is he..?" Goku replied glaring at Ebba not wanting an excuse or anything that could waste precious time as his patience was fading quickly startling Vegeta who instantly caught on very quickly on why he was acting so odd and stayed out of the way leaving this to Goku as justice must be served for the horrid crime Xzander had committed and no mercy shall be shown towards the monster after stripping the innocence from Nova, a victim he should've never took advantage of as this will be the end for him as no one survives from the wrath of an enraged father.
