Medicine and cuddles - II

Groggily, she opened her eyes before begrudgingly getting up. By the clock on the wall, it was late evening. That would explain the semi darkroom. 

She did feel better. At least she was not in that sleepy haze where she did not know what was happening.

The medicine definitely worked, Leah thought. Getting up from the bed and standing by herself, she concluded that it had done her something good.

She heard the movement of utensils. Amelia must be back by now and she was probably cooking dinner. But that was not what she saw the moment she walked out of the door. Instead, she is a very male version of a human standing there. 

Aiden was standing at the store, steering something in the pot. 

There was just something about him, something that she could not stop staring at.
