Not important

"Haha, that mouse really gave you a chase your highness" said Wura as she could not help but laugh, they had ran around the Castle just to catch a cute, little, poor mouse that was not harmless at all in anyway.

"Well you were the one that raised the false alarm" said Liam as he laughed, he could not believe that he just chased after a mouse.

"Oh no your highness, do not put the blame on me" said Wura as she laughed and she shook her head.

"You obviously had a closer look at the poor thing, I only happened to glance at it from the corner of my eye" said Wura as she nodded her head, Liam was not going to blame her for him embarrassing himself.

"Well I was in the moment, so I really did not observe the poor thing" said Liam as he laughed and he shook his head, in all his twenty four years of life, he had never chased after a rat, but it seemed that there was truly a first time for everything.

"Good to know that you agree your highness" said Wura as she laughed.

"Oh, but you really did let me make a fool out of myself" said Liam as he laughed.

"Well your highness…" said Wura as she laughed.

"What??" asked Liam as he wanted to know what Wura would dare say.

"Oh please do not mind me at all" said Wura as she laughed.

"No, no, you wanted to say something, say it" said Liam as he laughed.

"Ah… well, sorry but no your highness" said Wura as she laughed and she shook her head as she turned to walk away.

"Oh No, you are not going anywhere Wura" said Liam as he laughed and he walked after her and he pulled her hand as she turned back to face him and she lost her balance as he caught hold of her and luckily for them they fell on the couch.

"Look at what you have done now your highness" said Wura as she laughed, he was holding her as they had fallen on the couch.

"Well you started it, you refused to tell me what it is that you wanted to say" said Liam as he laughed.

"Well that is because it might not be important" said Wura.

"But all your words are important" said Liam as he smiled and it was at that moment that Wura noticed just how close they truly were, their noses were almost touching as Liam held her waist.

"*Ahem*" said Wura as she cleared her throat and she gently removed herself from his embrace.

"Your highness, believe me, some of my words are truly not important at all" said Wura as she moved away from him to the other end of the couch as she put some distance between them, there she went again, frolicking with the enemy.

"You belittle yourself" said Liam as he smiled.

"No I do not, I am aware of the things I can, and cannot do, there is a huge difference between that and belittling oneself" said Wura.

"Well seeing as you can say that, would you be so kind as to tell me what you wanted to say earlier?" asked Liam as he smiled.

"Oh your highness, leave it be" said Wura as she laughed as Liam sat up straight on the couch.

"I will continue to pester you until you do tell me what you wanted to say" said Liam as he smiled.

"*Sigh*, Oh well alright then" said Wura as she sighed, she knew that Liam was right, he was just that annoying.

"Your highness, what I wanted to say is that sometimes you can be a fool" said Wura as she laughed.

"I do believe that I deserve to be called that" said Liam as he smiled.

"Glad to know that you agree your highness" said Wura as she smiled at him, but this time her smile was so light, so happy, and so precious, that it made Liam smile.

"I like it when you smile like that… with so much happiness and innocence" said Liam as he smiled, that was something he did not have, her innocence, her kind heart, the way she was so soft-hearted, she could claim to be upset with you, and yet in the blink of an eye, it was as if her anger was never there in the first place.

"*Ahem*" said Wura as she looked away from him, there he went again, speaking sweet words, words that made her doubt him and his actions.

"Please look at me" said Liam as he smiled.

"Your highness, I really do not think that…" said Wura as she avoided his gaze.

"Then do not think, just look at me" said Liam as he smiled as Wura shook her head, when he smiled at her like that, she was unable to hate him, to be upset with him, to tell herself that she did not know him at all, he could be so sweet and the next second so cold and unloving.

"I beg you" said Liam as he smiled, and Wura turned to look at him in reluctance, she was sure that she would regret this.

"I am very sorry for the way I behaved towards you, I did not mean to behave like that" said Liam as he smiled at her and he looked very apologetic.

"You do not deserve to be treated like that at all, and I truly am sorry from the bottom of my heart, for how cold I behaved towards you when you thought of doing something very thoughtful for me… no one has ever done that for me before… but I wasted your kindness" said Liam as he smiled very sadly.

"You know your highness…" said Wura as she paused.

"You hurt me… you really hurt me, like I had never been hurt before" said Wura as she smiled sadly, she was being very honest with him right now, since he wanted to be honest as well.

"I know… when I saw you cry, I just felt so bad, because your tears were because of me" said Liam.

"I never wanted to make you cry, it was never my intention to" said Liam.

"But well you did your highness, I am sorry to admit but yes… I cried because of you" said Wura as she sighed and she looked away, why was she admitting everything to this man??

"I made you a cake, a cake for your birthday, and you… you did not even look at it, and even though you did not raise your voice at me… the coldness laced in your tone scared me… I had never seen you behave like that before" said Wura as she could not look at him and tell him everything that had hurt her.

"I take full responsibility for that, I was not supposed to act that way to you" said Liam.

"But I… I do not like celebrating my birthday" said Liam as he sighed.

"My mother died as she was giving birth to me… and whenever my birthday comes, it just brings out so many bad feelings for me" said Liam.

"You have to understand me, I do not like to talk about my mother" said Liam.

"I never asked you to speak of her your highness" said Wura as she turned to look at him.

"I understand your highness, I truly do, which is why I never spoke of your mother, I never asked of her, all I did not expect was that you take out your anger on me" said Wura as she looked at him, the sincerity in her eyes made Liam's heart hurt, she was really hurt, he had did this he had hurt her, because he could not control his anger.

"I thank you for your understanding Wura" said Liam.

"I could not have asked for someone better than you… because you are different, you are bright, and you shine so well" said Liam as he smiled.

"Which is why I ask you to please forgive me, I cannot stand it when you are so upset with me, even though I do deserve it, but I never want to see you frown, your smiles are healing" said Liam as he smiled.

Wura looked away, he was saying such nice things about her, and he had admitted to him mistakes.

"Alright fine… I will forgive you your highness" said Wura as she turned to look at him and Liam smiled.

"Only if you promise me that whenever you are in a bad mood, alert me ahead of time, so I will know to excuse myself" said Wura.

"Alright then, I promise you that I will, and I will never take my anger or frustrations out on you again" said Liam as he smiled.

"I will take your word on that your highness" said Wura as she smiled at the silly smile on his face.

"Thank you Wura" said Liam as he smiled and Wura smiled at him.

"*Ahem*, well it is getting late, and quite frankly, I am no longer hungry after that mouse chasing, so I shall retire to bed now" said Wura as she cleared her throat and she stood up, she has spent enough time with Liam this evening.

"Alright then, have a goodnight Wura" said Liam as he smiled and he stood up.

"I will, and you have a goodnight as well your highness" said Wura as she smiled and she walked away as she closed the door behind her, leaving Liam with a happy smile on his face, she had forgiven him, and he would make sure not to hurt her ever again.
