Feel the same

Wura in deep in her thoughts, she could not stop herself from smiling, she just felt so happy, her first kiss with Liam was wonderful, after so long, they finally kissed, a real kiss, and that made her feel happy.

But Wura could not stop herself from feeling somewhat sad, sad that unlike in the stories that they told little children about true love kisses breaking ever enchantment, it did not work for her and Liam.

She knew that she truly loved Liam, she had never loved any other man the way that she loved him, and he was her first love, and she knew that he loved her as well, but when he could not remember her, she was starting to think about his intention.

Why did he kiss her? Now that her mind was clear and the moment was gone, she realized that Liam had kissed her, he had asked to kiss her, and at the time, she was in the moment of a dream like state, so she agreed, she wanted to know why he had asked to kiss her?

Did that mean that he loved her, or that he had finally forgotten that false wife of his and wanted to be with her? The thoughts were making Wura's head ache, she did not know what to think.

"What are you thinking about Lily?" asked Liam as he smiled and he looked at Wura, he realized that she had a habit of being up in her mind, thinking, and she would often be very quiet and not say anything for a long while.

Wura snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Liam's voice and she turned to look at him as he was the reason for all her contemplation, and yet she could not be angry at him when he smiled at her like that.

"Lily, what are you thinking about that makes you look so serious?" asked Liam as he smiled and he stopped his horse as Wura did the same, they needed to talk seriously right now.

"Why did you kiss me Liam?" asked Wura as she needed to know, the question had been bugging her for a while now, and Liam did not look like he was surprised to hear her ask that.

"And I do not mean it in an offensive way, I just want to know why… why did you kiss me? Is it because you just felt like it, or you wanted someone to play with? Or because you are… *Sigh*, why did you kiss me?" asked Wura as she sighed.

"It is because you like me… or is it something else?" asked Wura as Liam just looked at her, he did not look offended by her questions at all.

"Lily, I will be honest with you" said Liam.

"I cannot deny that I like you… I am fond of you, I believe that we have some kind of connection, what I feel with you is different from what I feel with any other woman" replied Liam as he caressed Wura's right cheek.

"So if you are asking if I have feelings for you, the answer is yes, yes I do, but I do not know if I should call it love or not, Lily, I do not want to hurt you, far from it" said Liam as Wura smiled internally, he did like her, as he should.

"And if you are offended by my feelings for you, I apologize and I will put some distance between us" said Liam.

"No I do not want that, I am not offended by your feelings for me at all, because… I feel the same" said Wura as Liam smiled at her.

"It is just that… you and I both know that we have prior commitments, so what is it? I would be a fool to let myself fall into this without thinking of the consequences for both of us" said Wura as Liam nodded, she did not know what to think, they were honestly not doing anything wrong since they were married to each other, but Liam did not know that, and she wondered if he felt guilt.

"So what I am trying to say is… do you not think for your wife? Or at least care for her, for you to move on, with me?" asked Wura.

"Well honestly Lily, it is hard to think of someone that you do not know, or cannot remember, but she does and will continue to have a special place in my heart" said Liam.

"And if you ask if I feel guilty for what I feel for you, then the answer is yes, but when I am with you, I cannot think straight, you cloud my judgment, and I do not think that what I feel is lust, far from it, it is something deeper, my head is telling me to stop this, to stop feeling for you, but my heart tells me no" said Liam as Wura smiled at him and her heart was racing with his words, she always loved his honesty, always.

"And what about you Lily, do you feel guilt for being with me?" asked Liam as he held her free hand in his as Wura nodded and she shouted within herself, that no, no of course not, she did not feel guilt at all when he was hers.

"Honestly I do not, because I enjoy being with you, and I feel the way that you feel" said Wura.

"I am just afraid that when this all ends, what will happen?" asked Wura.

"I do not think that we should think about that right now, I believe that we should rather enjoy the moment of us being together, with no distractions at all, just you and me" said Liam as he smiled and Wura nodded.

"I agree with you, just me and you… together" said Wura as she smiled, it hurt her so much that Liam could still not remember her, but if this was the only way that she could be with him and hold him like she was supposed to, then she would take it.

To think that she was having an affair with her own husband, the mere thought was funny, but in the moment, Wura was very serious about it, she had missed not being able to kiss him, to hold him as her own, pretending like she did not like him, she could not take it anymore.

"Together" said Liam as he smiled and he kissed the back of her hand as he let go of her hand and Wura smiled at him.

"I love you Liam, more than you will ever know" said Wura as she leaned in and she kissed Liam as he kissed her back as she pulled away, she did not want to get light headed and dizzy again.

"I love you too Lily" said Liam as he smiled and Wura sighed internally, wishing that he would call her, her actual name, Wura, she laughed at herself internally, remembering when she thought that she had heard him call her Wura and not Lily.

"Come on, I think that we have stopped for long enough, it is going to get dark soon" said Wura as she smiled and Liam agreed with her.

"You are right Lily" said Liam as he smiled and Wura gave him another quick kiss on the cheek as she rode away.

"You stole a kiss from me?" asked Liam as Wura laughed.

"Well in a way, I guess that I did" said Wura as she looked back and she laughed.

"Oh I am going to get you for that" said Liam as he laughed and he moved his horse.

"Only if you can catch me first Liam" said Wura as she laughed and she rode faster as Liam laughed and he followed behind her.

"Oh I bet that Lily must be having the time of her life, alone with Liam… just you wait Lily, I will show you that you cannot get what you want, because he does not belong to you" said Darla to herself as she rode her horse slowly.

The thought of Liam and Wura peacefully being together and alone angered her, she would make sure to deal with Mero once the time for that came, but for now, she would never, and she repeated never, allow Wura to have any sort of rest with Liam.

"Darla, watch where you are going, you are scheming again, I can tell from that wicked glint in your eye" said Elihu as he snapped Darla out of her thoughts when she started to move in the wrong direction.

"And who told you that I was scheming?" asked Darla as she snapped at him.

"I think that you should look at yourself in a mirror, then you will see what I mean" said Elihu as Darla just scoffed at him and she turned her horse back in the right direction.

"You know, the hate, envy and jealousy you feel for Lily will get you nowhere" said Elihu.

"And who told you that I was thinking about her?" asked Darla in anger.

"if that is no already obvious by the way you gritted your teeth, you only do that when Lily is involved" said Elihu.

"And since when did you start watching me like some kind of demon?" asked Darla.

"I do not watch you, your emotions and thoughts are reflected on your face, I might as well point that out to you, because if you think that you conceal them, you really are mistaken then" said Elihu.

"And what makes you so skilled in knowing other people's emotions, why do you not focus on your own emotions and your own self instead of bothering other people" said Darla.

"Well In case you have forgotten, we are in the middle of the wilderness, I have nothing else to do except watch you or the horses, and I do not know about you, but the horses are rather boring" said Elihu.

"And how to you expect me not to pay any attention to you when every minute to the next you are gritting your teeth, scheming and murmuring under your breath, you really should do that in your mind, maybe then you would not draw so much attention to yourself" said Elihu.

"Because I truly do wonder if you are alright sometimes, you behave as if you are insane, but then again, it might just be another method that you use to push people away" said Elihu as he yawned, he did not know that he could pay so much attention to people without nothing else better to do, he actually enjoyed it, and Darla was an excellent example since she was crazy.

"If anyone is insane, it is you" snapped Darla.

"And there you go again throwing back insults, you really do like doing that, it has become rather old" said Elihu as he yawned once again and Darla was getting more and more irritated by the moment.

"You shut up, stop talking!!" said Darla as she shouted at him.

"As you wish" said Elihu as he faced forward, and he decided to keep quiet, he did not need her presence anyway.

"Idiot" said Darla as Elihu did not reply at all.

Wura smiled as she felt like she was floating on air, being with Liam publicly was wonderful, they could play together, and hold each other with no worries at all, and she just wanted to tell him that she loved him over, and over again.

Wura never knew that being in love would be like this, if she had known before, she would have fallen in love with him sooner.

"And I caught you" said Liam as he held Wura by her waist as she was on her horse as he brought her down from there.

"Let go of me Liam" said Wura as she laughed.

"You stole a kiss from me, I am here to get it back" said Liam as he laughed.

"You are childish you know that, it was only a kiss no big deal" said Wura.

"Oh you say so, well I beg to differ" said Liam as he kissed Wura and she kissed him back and she closed her eyes, wishing that his moment would never end."

"I do not think that I can ever get enough of you" said Liam as Wura panted gently and she continued to close her eyes.

"And neither can I" said Wura.

"I want to tell you that I love you a million times, because no words can express what I feel for you, how much you mean to me, how much I love you" said Wura as she opened her eyes and looked at him as Liam felt like he could see some kind of hurt in her eyes, some kind of longing and loneliness, and it just made him want to hug her and embrace her.

"I love you too Wura, you stir up something within me, like we were meant to be together" said Liam as he smiled.

"We were my darling we were" said Wura as she smiled and Liam smiled, she knew that her loved calling her darling, and she loved calling him the same as well, they were each other's darlings.
