Sounds familiar

Wura smiled as she was petting her horse waiting for Liam to come back after he had gone to talk to the innkeeper.

"You are very sweet" said Wura as she smiled, she wondered what was taking Liam so long? Or did he decide to leave her here all alone?

"Oh Wura stop joking with yourself, he would never leave you, be sensible" said Wura out loud to herself as she laughed.

"Who is Wura?" asked Liam in confusion as Wura turned to look at him in surprise.

"Liam??" asked Wura as she did not know that he was right behind her.

"Yes" said Liam as that name Wura sounded so familiar to him, as if he had heard it once before, but he could not remember from where, and when.

"When did you get here my love? I did not hear you" said Wura as she smiled sheepishly, she should have not been talking to herself out loud, she had a bad habit of doing that, and now, she had raised a question for Liam.

"I was trying to surprise you" said Liam as he wanted to sneak up on her.

"Surprise or sneak up on me love? Which one?" asked Wura as she laughed.

"How about both?" asked Liam as he laughed.

"I heard you talking to yourself, who is Wura?" asked Liam as the way the name rolled off his lips, it was unmistakable, unforgettable, as if he had called the name many times.

"Ahh yes I was…." said Wura as she did not know what to do, or how she could explain herself, she did not want to lie to Liam anymore, and furthermore, he was asking about her name with interest, she could not help but feel that maybe it would make him remember something.

"And the name… do you… have you heard it before?" asked Wura carefully as Liam looked at her.

"Well no, I have not, but it sounds familiar, tell me Lily, who is Wura?" asked Liam as this time his voice sounded very serious, and if Wura wanted to lie to him before, the serious look in his eyes now would not allow her to do so.

"Ahh… well you see Liam… the thing is…" said Wura as she hesitated and she took a deep breath.

"Wura is actually my first name, you see, I was talking to myself, and I prefer that name rather than Lily" said Wura and as soon as she said so, the serious look on Liam's face disappeared as if it was never there in the first place.

"Oh I see" said Liam as he did not know why hearing that name affected him so much.

"Why did you not tell me that that was your name?" asked Liam as Wura did not know what to say.

"I do not know…" said Wura as she replied honestly.

"Would you allow me to call you Wura?" asked Liam as Wura looked at him with surprise.

"I would prefer to call you Wura than Lily" said Liam as he smiled and Wura looked at him as she smiled and she nodded her head as she wanted to shout and say that she had been hoping, wishing and praying that he would call her Wura, and not Lily, so for him to say that he wanted to, she was so happy.

"Yes Liam yes, you can call me Wura, you can call me whatever you want" said Wura as she smiled.

"Thank you Wura" said Liam as he smiled and Wura hugged him, she was hearing her name from his lips for the first time in song a long while as she felt like crying, but she did not want Liam to end up asking her why she was crying.

"It is getting dark, we should go inside" said Liam as Wura stopped hugging him as she nodded her head and she smiled.

Wura and Liam were in bed together as Liam was holding her close, neither one of them were sleeping, but they were just silent, enjoying the silence with each other, hearing each other's heartbeats, until Liam said something.

"Wura" called Liam as Wura wrapped her hands around his hands that were around her waist.

"Yes Liam?" asked Wura.

"Do you think that we should hide our relationship from the others?" asked Liam as he had been thinking about what would happen once they all met at the first city, and he really wanted to get everything sorted right here.

Wura turned to face him as she was surprised by his question, because it was a very good question, one that she had not even thought about.

"I mean, it is something that we should discuss before we get there" said Liam.

"I agree with you Liam" said Wura as she nodded, he was right.

"So what do you think?" asked Liam as Wura smiled.

"Well if you ask me, I do not want us to hide our relationship from anyone, I want the whole world to know" said Wura as she laughed and she cupped Liam's with her hands and Liam laughed at her.

"But…" said Wura as she paused.

"But what?" asked Liam.

"But I fear that some people would not understand our sort of relationship" said Wura as she was sure that Mero, Nora and the rest would be happy that they were together, even though he still did not remember her, but Wura did not want to take any chances with people she knew would not understand at all, and that specifically would be Darla.

"Who are the people?" asked Liam.

"Umm you know" said Wura.

"You mean Darla?" asked Liam as that was the only person that he knew that Wura could be referring to and she nodded.

"But Darla cannot do anything if we chose to be together" said Liam.

"Oh that woman can do anything believe me" said Wura as Liam kissed her nose.

"She can try whatever she wants, but the only woman I love is you and not her" said Liam as he smiled and Wura removed his hands from her waist.

"Wait a moment, wait, you know that she likes you?" asked Wura as she looked at him.

"Well yes" said Liam as he laughed.

"Unbelievable" said Wura as she moved further away from him on the bed.

"What is it Wura?" asked Liam as he laughed.

"So you knew all along that Darla liked you, and yet you feigned ignorance?" asked Wura as Liam laughed.

"I did not know all along that she liked me, but I realized it when you and her went away to talk to one another, I could see that she was not pleased with your presence at all" said Liam as Wura frowned.

"You are horrible, you knew that she was interested in you, and yet you feigned ignorance and indulged her?" asked Wura as she was angry.

"My love, I think that you are making a big deal out of this" said Liam as he laughed.

"No I am not, you are horrible, here, I was thinking that I was overreacting, but you knew all along, you are such a traitor do not touch me" said Wura as she attempted to get out of bed when Liam held onto her and he pulled her and pinned her down beside him.

"My love, my darling, please do not be upset with me" said Liam as Wura continued to frown at him.

"How can I not be angry with you, if you indulged Darla, because you said nothing, she thought that she could do anything to me" said Wura.

"My darling, I am sorry, I said nothing because I did not see it as important" said Liam.

"Darla means nothing to me, I will forever be grateful to she and her brothers for what they did for me, for taking me in, for saving me, but that is it, I do not love Darla, I love you, you are the one that I love, so please forgive me" said Liam as Wura felt her heart melt, how could she remain upset with him when he pleaded with her like this?

"But you still indulged her" said Wura.

"I did not indulge her Wura, if anything, I was only kind and polite to her, and I always put some distance between us, but with you, even if I try to run away, even if I try to put some distance, I cannot, I cannot stay away from you, because I love you Wura, so please, I beg you, forgive me, forgive me for making you upset" said Liam as he kissed her fingers as she smiled, but then she frowned again, she did not want to make it too easy for him.

"Alright fine, I forgive you" said Wura as she kept on looking serious.

"But my love, if you truly have forgiven me, you would smile and shine your beautiful smile at me" said Liam as Wura bit her tongue to stop herself from laughing.

"You see, silence, you have not forgiven me" said Liam as Wura laughed.

"Of course I have silly, is that not obvious since I have allowed you to hold me again?" asked Wura as she laughed.

"Thank you my love" said Liam as smiled.

"But honestly Liam, I do not think that we should tell anyone, I just do not want any problems, it is easy to misinterpret what is between us, and not everyone will understand" said Wura seriously.

"You are right my love, whatever you say is what we will do" said Liam as Wura giggled.

"Really?" asked Wura as she giggled and Liam nodded.

"So if I told you to jump down from a cliff would you do it?" asked Wura as she laughed.

"Just point to the cliff darling and I will jump" said Liam as he laughed.

"Oh you are silly" Wura as she laughed and she kissed him and got settled back comfortably in his arms.

"I like us staying like this, close together" said Wura as she smiled.

"And so do I Wura" said Liam as he smiled and Wura kissed him as he kissed her back and she pulled away as he planted kisses all over her face and her neck as he moved back to her lips and she kissed him back as Liam moved his hands from her waist.

"Liam…" called Wura as she gasped and she pulled away.

"Hmm" asked Liam as he kissed her neck and she moved.

"Wait, Liam, stop… stop" she said as she panted and he kissed her once more.

"What is it my love?" asked Liam as Wura caught her breath, he was moving too fast for her, and it was not like she did not want to give herself to him, she wanted to, but this was not the right time, she was sure that if she gave herself to him and when Liam finally remember her, the first moment that they were intimate would have been ruined, and she did not want that regret, she wanted them to wait for the right time.

"I… I…" said Wura as she did not know how to explain it to him.

"You do not want to do it?" asked Liam as he kissed her cheek and she shook her head.

"Do not take it the wrong way Liam, but I do not want to… or at least not now... I want it to be special, I am sorry" said Wura as she looked down and Liam smiled at her, it would be their first time together, and she wanted to it truly be special.

"You do not need to apologize Wura, I will never force you to do anything that you are not comfortable with" said Liam as he smiled.

"You are not upset?" asked Wura as Liam shook his head.

"No, why would I be? I can never force you, that would be barbaric" said Liam as he shook his head.

"And I do not want us to rush things, whenever you are ready, I will be ready" said Liam as he smiled and Wura smiled at him.

"Thank you Liam" said Wura as she kissed him once more but a quick one, she realized that kisses were dangerous, it was easy to get lost in them and end up In another position, which she wanted to avoid.

"You do not have to thank me Wura, come now, we should go to sleep, it is late" said Liam as Wura hugged him and he smiled.

"Goodnight my love, have sweet dreams" said Liam as he smiled and he gave Wura a kiss on the forehead.

"Goodnight Liam" said Wura as she smiled and she closed her eyes as she slept off.
