A few days later.

"What is going on here?" asked Nora as she and Zuph were riding on the horse as Dothan went ahead of them.

"Oh there must be some kind of festival going on, I am not sure" said Dothan as he got off his horse and Zuph helped Nora down and she walked to Dothan.

"Do you think that we will be able to move on in the midst of all these people?" asked Nora as she looked at Dothan and Zuph walked up behind them as there were many people around them with their own horses and donkeys as they moved in different directions.

"I doubt it, we have to stay here, because we will not be allowed to go anywhere, those are the rules" said Dothan.

"Well I guess that we have to" said Nora.

"Wait, if we are stuck here, then maybe the others have been here already and just like us they were forced to stay here?" asked Zuph as now that Nora thought about it, he was right.

"Oh that is true, if that is the case, then we should go and check an inn, we should be able to find them there if they stayed here" said Dothan.

"Hey Dothan!!" called Malcom as he caught sight of Dothan in the crown as Dothan looked around and he caught sight of Malcom.

"Malcom!!" shouted Dothan as Malcom rushed to him.

"You guys made it here already" said Malcom as Dothan laughed.

"Yes, we are" said Dothan as he smiled and Nora smiled at Malcom.

"How long have you been here?" asked Nora as she smiled.

"Not too long, just for three days now" said Malcom as he replied, he had realized that he and Mero were quicker than the others when it came to journeying, he was sure that they would have reached the first city by now, if not for the fact that they were forced to be held here.

"Where is Mero?" asked Zuph as Malcom looked at him.

"Oh he is back at the inn, I left to get some things from the market" said Malcom as he smiled.

"I see" said Zuph.

"Are Darla and Zuph with you?" asked Dothan as Malcom shook his head.

"No, we have not seen them at all, you did not see them?" asked Malcom as Dothan shook his head, he wished that he did, he was worried about Darla.

"And what about my lady and Liam?" asked Nora as Malcom shook his head.

"It would seem that we are waiting for the four of them" said Malcom.

"Hopefully they should not stay too long, and they will be forced to stay here since whatever is happening is happening" said Malcom.

"I hope so" said Dothan as Malcom just nodded.

"Come on, let us go to the market together and then we can go back to the inn" said Malcom as he smiled and Dothan nodded.

"Alright then" said Zuph as Nora smiled.

"Mhmm my darling, did you not say that we have one more town to pass by before we reach the first city?" asked Wura as she looked at Liam who was riding next to her.

"Well yes, that was what the map said, but I am not sure about that, we did pass some towns that were not shown on the map" said Liam as he frowned and Wura laughed.

"Why are you laughing Wura?" asked Liam as he smiled and he looked at Wura.

"Well because you look silly when you frown" said Wura as she laughed.

"Oh is that so?" asked Liam as he laughed.

"Yes, you do" said Wura as she laughed and she nodded her head.

"Well I can show you how I do not look silly" said Liam as he laughed.

"Oh no, no Liam, when you say things like that, you get some kind of crazy idea in your mind, and you do something insane so please do not try to do anything dangerous I beg you" said Wura as she laughed.

"And what if I do? Because I want to get your attention" said Liam as he laughed.

"Oh you are silly Liam, you always have my attention, always, you do not have to do something dangerous to get my attention, I always pay attention to you, who else would I look at, or think about all the time" said Wura as she laughed.

"I do not believe you Wura" said Liam as he laughed and Wura felt somewhat offended, was he doubting her love for him or what? If that was so, then she needed to prove to him that she loved him so much.

"And why is that so? Why not, why do you not believe me?" asked Wura in concern.

"Well because you have not kissed me the entire day" said Liam as Wura could not believe what she was hearing right now, to think that she was actually worried that he was falling out of love with her, but he was just being a childish man.

Wura could not believe that she actually took his seriously for once, the look of concern on her face was replaced with a look of disbelief.

"Are you serious right now Liam?" asked Wura.

"Yes, very serious, you have not kissed me once the entire day, it makes me feel as if you are getting tired of being with me" said Liam as Wura scoffed and she rolled her eyes as she could not help but smile, the kind of man she married really was something, she never knew that he could be like this… so needy, it surprised her and made her laugh at the same time.

"No, I can never get tired of you Liam, never" said Wura as she laughed, how could she get tired of him when it took her so long to find him? And even till now, he still could not remember her, she could never get tired of him, if anything, she was the one who was scared of him getting tired of her.

"But you have not kissed me once today" said Liam as Wura laughed, it sounded like he was whining.

"That is because I wanted to keep my sanity, because once I kiss you, I lose my common sense" said Wura as Liam's face lit up hearing her say that, so he could make her lose her sanity with a kiss, it made him feel proud of himself.

"But fine, if that is what you think, then I just have to prove to you that I am not tried of you, and I will always love you" said Wura as she moved her horse closer to his and she stopped her horse as Liam did the same and she leaned in and she gave Liam a deep kiss as she closed her eyes and then she pulled away.

"There, does that make you feel better?" asked Wura.

"Well it was not long enough for me to feel anything" said Liam as Wura hit his chest and he laughed.

"Childish, I know what you are up to, and you will not succeed Liam" said Wura as she turned around.

Now she knew why her mother always told her not to trade kisses with just any man, they were dangerous, and easy to fall into, at the time, Wura just thought that her mother was being strict as always, but now that she was with Liam, she realized just how strong emotions could be.

"I am not trying to do anything darling" said Liam as he smiled and Wura laughed at him.

"Oh is that so? Well I know you very well, my mother warned me against men like you" said Wura.

"Oh men like me?" asked Liam as Wura nodded.

"Just what do men like me do?" asked Liam as Wura ruffled his hair as she smiled at him.

"Hmm, well they say sweet words, speak sweet things that women want to hear, they show their charm off, and make women fall for them with their handsome faces, they kiss, and do all manner of things until finally, the women fall helplessly in love with them, and they give them everything, body, soul and mind, and then they break their hearts with false promises" said Wura.

"So I have succeeded in winning your heart?" asked Liam as he laughed.

"From the beginning love" said Wura as she smiled.

"The only difference Wura is that I will never break your heart, never, I would rather die than to do that" said Liam as Wura smiled at him.

"I know that you would not, and that is why I love you so much" said Wura as she kissed him once more and she pulled away before they were taken away by the moment.

"I am sorry, but I can only kiss you like that for now, we should get going" said Wura as she laughed and Liam poked her nose.

"Whatever you say Wura, whatever you say" said Liam as he smiled and Wura smiled at him.

"Oh finally, finally, this blasted journey will end for good" said Darla as she scoffed internally, she was riding her horse in silence as she checked the map that she had on her, there was just one more town, one more town to stop by before they reached the first city.

Darla could not help but think of if Liam and Wura had reached the first city, if so, then they were probably enjoying together, she was sure of it, Wura was probably all around Liam with her not being around.

Darla growled as she decided to calm herself down, so she thought about her brothers, she was sure that they and the others had probably reached the first city by now as well.

But now that Darla thought about it, once they reached the first city, it would be good riddance to all of them, and especially Elihu, these past few days being with him had just been so annoying, she was sure that she would not miss him or his stinky smell at all, or his horrible voice and ideas.

"Just look at him, horrible, sorry excuse for a man, with a head shaped like a banana, no wonder he does not think straight" said Darla in her heart as she looked at Elihu who had his back turned to her as he was riding on his own horse.

"No wonder he speaks so much just like one of those gossiping women, why would he not talk like that when his head is irregularly shaped?" asked Darla.

"He is not even handsome, there are many men more handsome than him, and he carries himself with pride, what an idiot" said Darla as she scoffed at loud.

"Your silence and scoffing either means one of two things" said Elihu out loud as Darla snapped out of her thoughts.

"One, you are thinking of someone else and cursing them, or two, you are thinking of me and insulting me, and calling my head an irregularly shaped banana" said Elihu as Darla was shocked by what he said because he was totally correct.

"Are you a witch or what for you to know all that?" asked Darla as she did not even pretend like she did not know what he was talking about.

"Well for your information, you might now realize it, but you speak in your sleep" said Elihu as he turned to look at her and Darla was confused.

"And not that I watch people sleeping, because that would be improper, but I could not sleep, when I heard some voices, and I found out that you were the one speaking, and out of your sleep, you mentioned my name and called my head irregularly shaped like a banana" said Elihu as Darla cursed herself internally.

"You had no right to listen to what I was saying" said Darla as she herself did not even know how that made any sense, but she just had to say it.

"Oh I did, I had a right when my name was being mentioned, but not like I wanted to" said Elihu.

"Next time, keep your negative insults about a person to yourself, then maybe they would have nothing to complain to you about" said Elihu.

"Idiot" called Darla as she scoffed.

"Wretched witch" replied Elihu as he turned back to face forward and he continued riding his horse as Darla was boiling with anger.

"You are such a… a… *ugh*" said Darla as she did not even know which word to call him right now.

"That is it, keep your insults to yourself, swallow them, and let them block your dark hearted holed soul" said Elihu as Darla scoffed with nothing but seriously boiling anger.
