"Oh Nora, it was just so wonderful… Liam and I… together" said Wura as she smiled and Nora smiled as she brushed Wura's hair as Wura narrated everything that had happened between she and Liam to her while they were together in their room.

"You do not know just how happy I am for you my lady" said Nora as she smiled and Wura laughed.

"I have always wished you and his Majesty both nothing but happiness, and I am happy that you are both finally together" said Nora as she smiled.

"I know that you are Nora" said Wura as she laughed and Nora gently brushed her hair.

"I never knew that being in love could be so sweet, it is one of the best feelings ever, to have someone to lean on, to depend on, to kiss" said Wura as she laughed and Nora laughed.

"Oh Nora, please forgive me, I have been speaking a lot without regarding your feelings" said Wura.

"No not at all my lady, I am happy for you, and I do not mind, and you are right, love is something wonderful, and I wish to experience it someday" said Nora as she smiled.

"And oh you will Nora, you will, because you deserve to be loved" said Wura as she smiled and Nora smiled.

"I accept your blessings my lady, and I am sure that you and his Majesty have been doing a lot of loving… and kissing…" said Nora with a laugh as Wura covered her face with her hands and she giggled.

"You saw us did you not?" asked Wura as she laughed.

"I mean my lady, I was hearing whispers from outside the kitchen and I saw his Majesty kiss you" said Nora as she smiled, you could not imagine how happy she was to see them together finally after so long, from the beginning she had wished them nothing but happiness and love.

"Oh I told him that someone would see us, but yes… we have been kissing… quite a lot actually that I am embarrassed to say" said Wura as she laughed and she covered her face.

"There is no need to be embarrassed my lady, he is your husband, you two are together, it is all natural" said Nora as she smiled and now Wura knew just how newlyweds felt, like they could not get enough of each other, even though she and Liam had been married for many months now, but she would say that their level of intimacy changed only just recently.

"Oh I know Nora, but I also know better than to let myself get carried away, sure we have kissed… more than a few times, but that is only it, I never let is go further than a kiss" said Wura as she uncovered her eyes.

"Why not my lady?" asked Nora.

"Well you know that Liam and I have not been together intimately, and I want that moment to be special, for the both of us to finally be one, with no other care in the world, right now Liam still does not know who I am, but he cannot deny the deep connection and affection between us, he cannot explain it, and it is unknown to him who I really am, or who he really is" said Wura.

"Forgive me for asking my lady, but why would you agree to start a relationship with him when he still does not remember you? What if he feels like he is betraying his wife, there are many things and feelings to take into consideration my lady" said Nora.

"Oh I know Nora, I know, I guess I agreed to be with him out of desperation and longing to finally have an excuse to kiss him to hold him close, I have been unable to do so for so long, and he feels the same, I only agreed to this relationship because we both feel the same, we both know that we cannot deny what we feel for each other, and we both decided to live in the moment" said Wura.

"And besides, I thought of it, and I believe that it would be easy to usher Liam into the truth if we are together first, then he has a higher chance of believing that I am his wife, but in all honesty, I want to be with him no matter what, and I do not care if that makes me selfish" said Wura as Nora smiled.

"No my lady, not at all, you are not selfish, if anything you are selfless, and you do deserve to think of yourself for once, and I am happy that you are both together, regardless of the sort of relationship that you both have, because in the end, you both are together, husband and wife" said Nora as she smiled and Wura smiled at her.

"So you both decided to keep your relationship a secret?" asked Nora as Wura stopped her from brushing her hair and brought her to sit down beside her on her bed as Nora did as she was told.

"Well yes, you see Nora, we do not want to have to answer unnecessary questions, and also, I do not know how we will explain what is going on between us to Darla, Malcom and Dothan" said Wura.

"I agree with you my lady, although I doubt that anyone deserves an explanation" said Nora as Wura giggled, if anything, she had to admit that this was one of the happiest moments of her life, just being with Liam totally.

"My lady, you did say that you wanted to keep your intimacy for later, but what did his Majesty say about it? And I ask because as maids we were trained to prepare our ladies" said Nora as Wura laughed.

"Well in all honestly, Liam is… he is sweet, and loving, and tender, so much so that his little actions can melt my heart, which is why I need to be careful with him because if I am being honest… we were close to doing it…once" said Wura as she bit her lip and Nora gasped.

"Oh Nora, please do not exclaim like that, you are making me feel guilty" said Wura as she laughed.

"I am sorry my lady" said Nora as she laughed.

"But yes, we were close to doing it, we were lost in kisses and one thing moved to the next, but luckily I snapped out of my daze before anything could move further, and I asked Liam to stop, although he was a bit reluctant, he did, and he asked me if I did not want to do it, and I explained that I wanted it to be special, so he agreed to wait until I am ready" said Wura as she smiled

"His Majesty is a true gentleman my lady" said Nora as she smiled.

"That he is Nora, and I have to admit that I do want to give myself to him, but I know that I should not, or at least not right now, no matter how much I want to" said Wura.

"I feel like I will not fully be his, until we have… become one" said Wura.

"My lady, my mother used to say that what transpires between a man and a woman can join them both for life, she always used to say that it is not mostly for pleasure, but for a connection, a connection and souls, and she told me never to make that connection with someone that I was not sure of" said Nora.

"I agree with your mother Nora, my mother on the other hand, well she was so serious, that when it came to the topic, it was hard to connect with her and ask her questions about it, I mean… my father did try his best, but coming from a man it seemed… one sided" said Wura as she laughed.

"I was so curious, until one day, I believe that my father asked my mother to be more open with me on the matter, and she did try her best to explain it in a simple way, and I managed to ask her if it was pleasurable, and she said that she was, and she said that when done with the right person, there would be this feeling of oneness, closeness, that could never be forgotten, that the deed was much more than pleasure of child bearing, it was about the togetherness of a couple" said Wura.

"And I want Liam and I to experience that togetherness, at the right time though, because the setting is not beneficial for such, so many things need to be put in place" said Wura.

"I agree with you my lady" said Nora as she smiled.

"Yes" said Wura as she smiled.

"You know what Nora, I am worried about Darla though" said Wura.

"I do not think that you should worry about her my lady, she will be fine, I am sure that the healing potion that Malcom brought for her and she will be healed soon" said Nora.

"Nora, did you not feel any ounce of pain when you saw her crying in such agony?" asked Wura.

"My lady, I did, and in that moment, I did not hold any grudges against her but I still do not like her…" said Nora as Wura laughed.

"Nora, I never knew that you could be so hard hearted" said Wura as she laughed.

"No my lady, it is not that, I am just repaying her in her own coin" said Nora as Wura laughed.

"But everyone needs forgiveness Nora, do not forget that" said Wura.

"Yes I know my lady, and if you forgive her, then I forgive her as well, I will just not be a kind person to her, because honestly, she does not deserve it" said Nora as Wura smiled at her.

"I love how you can never hide your feelings Nora, it is better than those who hide their hate under fake smiles" said Wura as Nora smiled.

"Well I learn from you my lady, you are the most honest person that I know" said Nora as she smiled.

"Thank you for your kind words Nora" said Wura as she smiled and Nora smiled at her.

"My hair is so annoying Nora, it irritates me, it is everywhere" said Wura as she shook her head.

"I am sorry that you feel that way my lady, I have been unable to plait your hair" said Nora.

"Do not worry Nora, I will be fine, nothing too hard that I cannot handle" said Wura.

"Alright my lady" said Nora as she smiled.

"You know what Nora, I actually envy your fine straight hair, I wonder how my hair would be if it was straight, but I guess that I will never know" said Wura as she laughed and Nora laughed.

"Come on Nora, we should get some rest now it is late, and you are sleeping on the bed with me, no exceptions, are we clear?" asked Wura with a smile.

"Yes my lady" said Nora as she smiled and she nodded her head.

"Good" said Wura as she smiled and Nora laughed as she got up and she blew out all the candles as Wura went to sleep.

"Good Morning" said Wura with a smile as she walked into Darla's room where Liam and Mero were.

"Good Morning Lily" said Darla with a smile.

"Good Morning my lady" said Mero.

"Morning Lily" said Liam indifferently as he looked at Darla and Wura was surprised by his attitude, he did not even glance at her at all, she knew that they had agreed to act like there was nothing between them, so she was sure that he was acting that way because of what they had agreed on.

"Nora made eggs for breakfast" said Wura as she smiled and she walked past Liam as she placed the tray beside Darla on the table.

"Thank you Lily, but you did not have to come and give it to me yourself, Dothan or Malcom could have done that" said Darla as she smiled.

"I know, but I want to, so how is your foot?" asked Wura.

"It is better than yesterday, thank you for asking" said Darla as she smiled and Wura smiled at her, she was standing close to Liam, but she decided that she would ignore him as well, just for fun, she would see if he could handle it, since he was being so cold towards her

"I am glad" said Wura as she smiled.

"If you do not mind me asking, what are you all talking about?" asked Wura in curiosity.

"We were talking about the reason why there are so many people around, I realized yesterday that the first city is conduction a census, so no one is allowed entry and exit in and out of the city, we have to stay here for the time being" said Darla as she explained.

"I see, so how long do you think that the census will last?" asked Wura.

"It is uncertain, most times things such as these last for a long while" said Darla.

"Let us just hope that it is not that long, we have to reach the first city soon" said Liam as now that they were so close to where he needed to be, he did not want anyone or anything delaying him, he could not bear to not know the truth any longer.

"I agree as well, but the best that we can do right now is to stay here until the census is over" said Darla.

"I hope it is over soon" said Wura as honestly, she was scared of them moving on, because it somehow meant that Liam would be moving on away from her, and she did not think that she could handle that right now.

"I have to go now, I will see you later" said Wura as she turned around to walk away.

"My lady, I have to speak to you" said Mero.

"Alright, let us go then" said Wura as Mero followed after her and Liam watched them both walk out of the room as Darla looked at him and he looked at her.

"What?" he asked as he wondered why she was looking at him like that, as if he was doing something wrong.

"Nothing" said Darla.

"No you lie, what is it Darla?" asked Liam as he laughed and Darla laughed.

"Honestly, nothing, I am hungry, let me eat" said Darla as she laughed and Liam laughed.

"Mhmm" said Liam.

"Liam, I am sorry for everything, for what I did to Lily, for being so mean… I am sorry" said Darla.

"It is fine Darla, I understand, I really cannot blame you, each one of us have been at fault at least once in our lives" said Liam as Darla smiled, Liam and Wura were so alike, she could see it now, and she felt so bad for everything that she had done.

"So my Queen, have you been able to make Liam re…" said Mero as he was cut off.

"Well no, not yet, and I did try my best, but I feel like there is something blocking him, stopping him from remembering anything, and I tried everything" said Wura as she sighed, she thought that a kiss would break the enchantment but no, that didn't work at all, so she was back to not knowing what to do.

"I see" said Mero.

"But I realize now that the two of you seem closer" said Mero.

"Is it that obvious?" asked Wura in surprise.

"Well on a normal look, no it is not, but I know Liam, and I know that look in his eye, he adores you" said Mero as Wura smiled, he adored her… well she adored him too, she adored him so much.

"Well yes, we are actually together right now, but still not together, I hope you know what I mean" said Wura as Mero nodded, her understood perfectly.

"My Queen, I wonder if you have thought about what would happen when we finally reach the first city?" asked Mero.

"Well Mero, honestly, I have been thinking about it, and in all truthfulness, I am scared, but I hope that the witch Liam wants to go and see will tell him nothing but the truth" said Wura as she spoke her mind.

"And what if she does not? What if she fabricates some kind of tale, and then what?" asked Mero as that was a possibility that they had to think of, they could not just believe that everything would work out just as they wanted it to.

"Then I will have no choice than to tell Liam the truth, nothing but the truth, because I am not going to lose him again, not again" said Wura.

"Well my Queen, I think that you should start preparing yourself for that possibility" said Mero as Wura knew that he was right.

"May I come in?" asked Elihu as he knocked on the door of Darla's room.

"Yes come in" said Darla as Elihu opened the door and he walked in slowly.

"Thank you" he said.

"How is your foot?" asked Elihu as Darla looked at him.

"It is fine… better" said Darla as Elihu nodded, he was relieved that she no longer looked like she was in pain, like she was yesterday.
