"What's that?" Lauren asks and Ophie sighs.

"Mommy will die with you and re-incarnate with you" Ophie says and Lauren frowns, staring at Ophie.

"Does that mean anything to you?" Ophie asks. Ophie knows she's got to start somewhere although she doubts that Lauren will tell her much about the past. Something tells her that she might have to steal the information, if you know what I mean.

Lauren is confused. She doesn't understand how Ophie's asking her this now and that sentence alone brings up sad memories that Lauren's been trying to forget.

"Whe…where did you hear that?" Lauren whispers, tears well up in her eyes.

"I…uh…just heard it in a dream" Ophie says. She doesn't want to tell Lauren she was in the hospital.

"A dream?" Lauren asks and Ophie nods.

"Yeah, it seems like you know something about theses words" Ophie says.
