Just like the doctor asked them to, Miles and Finlay went back home to rest, as they believed Lauren was in safe hands. This wasn't the first time she was having a crisis, so they didn't think of the possibilities of something going wrong.

Miles was woken up from sleep by his phone ringing. He tried to ignore it by shutting his eyes tightly, but then after a while he couldn't any longer. As the sound of the phone ringing pierced through his dream.

Lazily reaching out for the phone, the call ended before he could pick it up. Then he checked the time and it was already nine into the morning. He was about to call back, but then the call came in again. It was definitely an emergency as whoever wasn't relenting.

"Hello," Miles said as soon as he picked the call.

"We need you at the hospital now, the last you brought in last night has gone missing," he heard the person say.
