An Elven Noble Household

"Do you think the great spirit wiped her memories on purpose?"

"That would be cruel. There is no way. It must just be a temporary side effect."

"Shut it, you two. You have not lived long enough to debate the intentions of a great spirit!"

A black cat wielded its claws towards some smaller spirits who had yet to take a form. They quivered and scattered under the might of its paw. Once the last of the troublemakers were gone, it settled on a beam near the ceiling and waited for the elf to wake up.

His fur was a bit frazzled from the events of the day. Who knew such a tiny human could have such unimaginable power. However, he understood why as soon as the great sleeping spirit of the sea appeared.
