Startled by the intensity of the statement, Mu was left speechless. It seems the Beowolf captain took her words seriously about her life's worth. A hand then grabbed hers and intertwined their fingers as it did so. A wave of affection rolled over her like a tide.

The emotion was so comfortable that she felt a peace that made her glad to be alive. Knowing who held her hand, the voice of her beloved husband then commented.

"He does that a lot. You will get used to it; all I can say is he will make good on his promise."

Joshua then raised the back of her hand to his lips and gave it a small peck.

The room was left silent as they saw the public display of the trinity-bound lovers. However, a voice brought them all back from the fluffy feelings the room reveled in. the black-haired shielder then concluded.
