Goblin Stronghold

"huff!!"

Brian let out a foul breath and stood up exiting his cross-legged position.

It had been 5 days since the establishment of 'ACCC'. At first, he was unable to get something good like a cultivation manual or a mage cultivation technique but he didn't loose hope.

Brian continued to exchange a lot of good stuff from Goblin Trade as well as Human Trade. If there was something exclusive like Goblin's dart gun, then the price naturally had to be sky high in the Human Trade.

After a painstaking effort of 3 days, he was finally able to get an impression in every human's mind and the mysterious effect that he wanted finally came into effect. A severely injured old man finally gave into temptation and traded a Cultivation Manual with him for a poisoned dagger.

He probably was in a difficult situation but why would Brian care about him. He had learned to destroy the morals which he learned on earth and just exchanged the manual with minimal chatting.

ACCC achieved the desired effect amidst humans but unfortunately things were not that simple among goblins. Due to being pious to a certain God, the association who had a blessings of Gods was nothing they could resist. Someone had already established a Goblin Chamber of Commerce even before Brian had stepped into the Goblin chat and most importantly it somehow had received the blessings of God.

Brian wasn't sure if the story was true but he faced a lot of rejection when he started selling products on large scale.

Fortunately, the seller isn't able to look at the buyer's information hence Brian was able to continue his path as a merchant.

Brian had started cultivating with the manual he obtained from the injured old man from the 3rd day. In 2 days, there was no extraordinary progress, he just felt like he was getting a little fresh every time he woke up from cultivation.

The energy inside him did increase by a bit but it wasn't enough to cause something extraordinary. Brian just felt that with the surge in his physical power, he could battle a colonel with equal strength but he still wasn't sure.

During these days, he had sent the artefact to his father for him to see what was so special about the artifact, however he had not got a single reply from his father since then.

During this 5 days, Brian had never stopped searching for the minotaur and goblin stronghold. After his huge amount of dedicated search, he was finally able to find the goblin stronghold on the 4th day.

It was actually protected by 3 full mountain peaks on 3 sides and the only side where the entry and exit was possible was covered with dense forest making the stronghold more and more guarded. The patrolling goblins had only a small area to cover so the security was something that the current Brian couldn't break. But, how could he give up so easily. He didn't give up and started thinking about various plans to defeat each and every goblin.

Due to the search Brian had even sacrificed his precious levelling time for a full 5 days. He knew that it was the only opportunity he had, because 5 days was a lot of time for someone actually being serious about levelling. Brian didn't was to get killed when he met a fellow human just because he gave up 5 days of levelling along with the already lost 10 days.

Brian finally formulated a plan after a whole day but just the preparations made him frown.

The Creation Points were not a problem and with his current reputation he could buy almost everything available in Human Trade but what gave him a headache was the process. It was too tedious and long.

"What are you thinking. You have endured 3 years just to avail as the strongest in the [Selection Area]. Just this much of hardship is nothing compared to the big achievement" Brian slapped himself hard to make himself remember all that he sacrificed while living under fear. The death of his uncle, ignoring his school friends, giving up on all relationship among the relatives and a lot more, he almost got caught up in depression but it eventually turned out good and he had started his journey of utter dominance and this little hardship couldn't make him stagger on his path.

Unknowingly that hard slap to himself changed Brian's way of thinking. When he entered [Selection Area] and found about Gods which he admired and was forced to worship on earth were now the [Selectors] and could decide his future with just a word, he started having fear. He had fought 3 years just to overcome his fear of coming to an unknown world and unfortunately fell into the cycle of fear once again. This slap of his made every fear of his vanish. He now didn't care about whether he survived or not, didn't care about the hardships and the sacrifices of uncountable people which he will kill to reach the top. He now had completely given up his morals as a human and lived just to reach the peak. He stopped giving a damn about death because it was not something he could control anyway.

Defeat a God?

What a joke.

This was far away from where he was standing.

Brian now had a fierce flame burning in his eyes as he started climbing the mountain peak above the Goblin stronghold. He even had to take a detour to avoid any contact with goblins but he didn't even flinch while making that decision.

His mind started to work continuously as he tried to polish his plan and to demolish this stronghold of Goblins.

It took one full day for him to reach the peak which overlooked the goblin stronghold.

The scenery there was exceptionally amazing. Even when he had travelled to Mount Everest for a mission the scenery was incomparable to what he currently experienced.

Brian decided to rest for a while before making preparations for his plan. He had already earned more than 500,000 Creation Points today so he didn't plan to earn more. After all, if the Market Prices of Human and Goblin Trades become similar then it will be devastating for Brian. So he had already decided to only sell special products in future and not easily available items like wood and meat.

The current Brian had almost the best bed available in the market so he slept peacefully for nearly 4 hours after commanding his 2 familiars to keep guard.

The present strength of the 2 familiars could only help Brian by guarding and acting bait. He currently had no need for Creation Points and the points gathered by the familiars are also pitifully low.

Waking up, Brian looked around and started purchasing a lot of crossbows, crossbow arrows, a lot of ropes, a ton of deadly poison, smoke bombs, small bombs made of gunpowder(sulfur) and a lot of oil from Human Trade as well as Goblin Trade.

Looking at the sheer amount of material, one could imagine the complexity of his perfect plan and the preparation needed for it.

But in his current state, how could Brian care about it. He immediately started the work. Without caring about his sweat overflowing under the dark night, Brian started arranging the crossbows in a proper sequence and then started loading poison, smoke bombs or oil in each one of them.

After several hours of hard work and careful planning, Brian finally completed his masterpiece.

He gave a last look to it before take a rope and heading down the mountain peak towards the open end of Goblin stronghold with a smirk on his face…
