"Let me go first" Hanuman faced the other gods as he directly started

"Kiddo, You must've read about me as the Pawanputra (Son of wind god) Hanuman" He loudly thumped his chest as he introduced himself in a mighty voice.

Brian's heart beast increased, eyes raised and his mouth made an 'O' shape. He was astounded by this situation. He had already faced Lord Shiva who could easily defeat all the gods here with just his breath. Brian was more shocked because, after relating the previous conversation between them, he could guess that all of them were here to coax him into their academy.

They were esteemed Gods.

How could Brian not be shocked by their behaviour?

But before he could think about it, another monkey faced God started his introduction.

"Young lad, you must have guessed me by this handsome body but let me introduce myself for the formality…

I have a lot of names among which some of the prominent ones are Qitian Dasheng(The Great Sage Equal To Heavens), Handsome Monkey King, Stone Monkey, or Son Goku but, the one which I prefer is 'Sun Wukong'." Sun Wukong introduced himself with a bright yellow golden light flashing from his fur forcing Brian to close his eyes.

"Shameless" The other Gods present in the vicinity cursed him for using his divine powers for looking cool.

"Hehe" Sun Wukong cheekily laughed before backing off and letting someone else come ahead.

The process took quite a while for the Gods to introduce themselves. It shouldn't have taken so much time but after Sun Wukong's cool introduction, many Gods gave long and boring introductions.

The red-haired and ocean blue-eyed handsome god was 'Loki' from Norse mythology while the curvy lady with swan wings was Nike from Greek mythology.

The crescent-beaked God was none other than Thoth from Egyptian Mythology.

Other silent Gods also introduced themselves. Brian met 'Paramjit Singh from the Sikh mythology, Khedrup Gyatso or 11th Dalai Lama from the Buddhist mythology, and many more.

Brian was surprised to find that all the Gods in front of him were more than just friendly with each other. Sun Wukong and Hanuman bickered with each other like brothers while Loki tried to tease a female God.

After the introduction was completed, Brian finally spoke something. He had been quietly listening to everyone without showing any expressions after Hanuman and Sun Wukong.

"This younger one is aware of your deeds from the mythological books back on earth and is deeply impressed by every single one of them.

This little one would like to know how may I be of use to Gods like you." Brian lowered his head while speaking as a sign of respect to every one of them.

Although he had heard a lot of bad things about some of them present here but he wasn't sure how much of a truth was that and moreover he didn't want to offend anyone. He decided that everyone likes a sensible and respectful student. So, that approach was decided.

Hearing his respectful tone and sensible behaviour, many gods nodded at him.

For the question asked by Brian, all the Gods looked at Hanuman.

Hanuman stepped forward and walked towards Brian with a solemn look on his face.

"Brian!

You must've guessed that I belong to the same faction as Lord Shiva and he asked me to have a look at you in this entrance exam. But even before the entrance exam starts, you have reached the last stage of Nebula Formation.

I hereby invite you with a Special Invitation to join the Veda Academy for your further cultivation" Hanuman solemnly said in a proud voice. The pride of being from the same faction as Lord Shiva was visible in his eyes.

*clang*

"Dumbhead"

"You already forgot that he has not yet completed the entrance exams and doesn't know anything about factions, academies, or even God cultivation." An old man with white eyebrows and a long white beard hit him on the head. He was the God named 'Omoikane' from Japanese mythology.

Hanuman gave a sorrow-filled look to old man Omoikane before backing off and accepting his mistake. He couldn't be blamed for this after all, Omoikane is renowned as the God of Wisdom back on earth so he must be very knowledgeable.

Brian didn't speak anything and let the Gods continue.

Omoikane continued to explain…

"Young lad,

Genesis Plane is almost similar to what you have read in the nameless book. A chaotic place with numerous factions having numerous Gods.

Factions are nothing but Sects that have their own varied techniques and martial arts. For example, you might've heard about Astras used by a lot of Gods back on earth by Hanuman or Lord God Shiva. At the same time, you might've heard about the Buddhist Palm of Lord god Tathagata. You would've heard about the existence of Qi, meridians, the Martial arts of Sun Wukong, and his faction.

You don't have to worry about which is the best because factions aren't ranked at all. All the factions are at peace with each other. Only students are ranked.

You, along with millions of selected participants will go to an academy to learn the various techniques of that faction and the cultivation of Gods.

You will be trained to fight alongside countless Gods against the outer… mmfhsfh…" His was interrupted by Sun Wukong who directly covered his mouth before he could complete speaking.

"It's quite early for him to know that Omoikane. So you should stop that blabbering mouth of yours." Sun Wukong scolded him as he dragged him away from the crowded Area.

Brian was astounded. He had caught the meaning of Omoikane's words. His mind was in a total amock.

"Let me continue what he left to cover" Hanuman stepped forward once again

He had a smile on his face as he finally got the chance to complete the task given by Lord God Shiva.

"You my dear is one of a kind genius making you eligible to choose whichever faction you want. I think being on a star like earth would've already given you a gist of what every faction's special techniques seem like.

Let me first introduce you to the factions…" Hanuman proceeded to introduce every faction present here with their name and some of their special techniques

This took a long time once again giving Brian more than enough time to sort his situation and start deciding on which Academy to choose.

He was introduced to over 200 factions making it slightly difficult to remember all of them.

He had already decided to give priority to those he knew.

Sun Wukong's faction was called the 'Yin-Yang' Faction

Hanuman's and Lord God Shiva's faction was called the 'Veda' Faction

Lord God Zeus and Nike's faction was called the 'Olympus' Faction

Omoikane, Kagutsuchi, and Lord God Izanagi's faction was called the 'Takamagara' Faction (Japanese Heaven)

Khedrup Gyatso, Bodhidharma, and Lord God Gautama Buddha's faction is called the 'Zen' Faction

Loki, Thor and Lord God Odin's faction is called the 'Asgard' Faction

Rest of the factions were taken out of his consideration because of their less-known history or Brian not knowing about them.

"Huff!"

"Now that the introductions are done, you can choose whichever faction you want." He added

"A bit of personal advice, don't think that much cause the old and boring Gods will have a grudge against you even when you chose their faction because you thought before joining." He added in a small voice which was definitely audible to the other Gods

He walked away leisurely ignoring the gazes of old Gods.

"Young guy, don't hesitate because you will mostly be having joint training later on which will make your thought process useless. Consider this piece of information as an early favour" Hanuman's voice rang directly in Brian's mind

He guessed that the earlier act was just to tell him about this.

Brian still waited for a while to not offend the other Gods before saying…
