In the Village

"And you know why I don't think about studying further?" Meera can't help but complain as now she feels relaxed with him

"Because you never think for a solution" Aditya can't help but say. He can say Meera just doing things that others are doing without thinking about what she wants.

"Yes, You are great," Meera said with a big smile, looking at her Aditya feel dazed, he never knows that Meera look so beautiful when she smiled.

"Okay, let's go to sleep, we need to wake up early tomorrow," Aditya tells her. And they both return to their home.

 The next day they leave for the village very early, Meera and Aarav to excited and watch the whole scenery, for Meera this world is somewhat different than her world, not much, but the places they are living, have some different names, and some places are extra in this world, for other things the world is same. Even after leaving home so soon, they reach the village in the evening, meanwhile, they eat lunch at Dhaba(open restaurant) which Aarav likes very much, Aarav fall in love with mattha( buttermilk with coriander, chilly, and cumin powder) He love it too much, that the wanted to drink it more, thankfully Meera stops him in time. But due to too much buttermilk, he falls asleep in the car, and now he is still sleeping.

          After coming into the village the caretaker of Aditya's grandpa tells them to get fresh and then they will meet grandpa. Meera managed to wake up Aarav who is too tired from long traveling, anyhow he again gains his excitement when he knows he is going to meet one more relative. After they freshen up they go to meet Aditya's grandpa.

        Aditya's grandpa live in a very simple house, while Aditya and Meera now stays in the old home which is fully occupied with all modern device, Meera feel peace after coming here. She is now really excited to meet this new person.

  Meera when see, Aditya's grandpa, she realized that this man is something, she can feel the aura of knowledge from this man, after asking them some formal question grandpa tells them that they have a ritual there, and according to that ritual, Meera needs to cook food for there relatives without anyone's help.

        Meera is somewhat got surprised by this, she doesn't think that this is the truth, but anyway she doesn't have any problem, she thinks it might be 10 people for whom she needs to cook, but grandpa further tells her that she needs to cook for 60 people, and needs to cook a variety of dishes which includes roti, two sabji's(vegetables), curry, two types of rice, koshimbiri (salad), one sweet dish, and other than that she needs to make kadhi (it is made up of buttermilk slightly sour in taste).

      Meera realized that this is somewhat difficult, even though she is a housewife in her previous life, she never cooked for such a large quantity of people and that also alone, but thankfully, she goes with her mom, and has some knowledge, and talked about her cooking skills which are still goods, she decided to say that she will make this but before that Aditya speak up for her.

"Grandpa, Meera never cook for so many people, and cooking alone might be difficult, can't we just let someone cook for us, and she will do helping in that"

"no beta, it needs to be done by Aarav's parents, it is for his good fortune"grandpa replied.

"But grandpa...."

"It's okay if she can't do it, I will find a way for that" Grandpa cut Aditya.

"No need, I can cook, when I need to do this?" Meera questioned.

"Tomorrow, at 2 pm you need to serve people" Grandpa answered.

"What about ingredients" Meera questioned.

"they are already prepared by my people, which are in the kitchen downstairs" Granpa replied, he is happy listening to Meera's reply.

"Then we both will work" Aditya replied.

"Adi...."

"As you say it needs to be done by Aarav's parents, and I am also his parents, so we will do that. now go to sleep grandpa, take care" Aditya doesn't give chance to his grandpa to speak. Seeing Aditya going, Meera also quietly follows him with Aarav. Aarav doesn't understand much, but he realizes that his mom needs to do a lot of work for him, which makes him feel sad.

"Mumma ..." Aarav says while pulling Meera's hand, he doesn't know what to say, but he wanted to comfort this mom.

"Yes, baby?" Meera questioned him.

"You don't need to promise things which you can't do," Aditya says while closing the door when they reach their bedroom.

"I think I can cook" Meera tries to protest, but she also doesn't have confidence.

"hmmm, it's okay, if you can't we can always order something" Aditya tries to comfort her.

"Yes muma, great-grandpa always gives homework to me whenever he meets me, but if you don't do he doesn't say much" Aarav tries to comfort his mom.

"I understand baby, now let's sleep, we need to wake up in the morning" Meera replied. After that they all go to sleep, Meera and Aarav are sleeping on the bed, while Aditya sleeps on a sofa, Aditya is somewhat absentminded, he knows his grandpa is not at all cold-hearted, but this time he wanted to create difficulties for Meera, which he has never done before. Why he is doing this? Aditya can't find the answer.

      The next day, Meera woke up at 3 AM, and quickly complete her morning rituals, after taking bath, she quickly does her hair which she does without making a sound, even though Aditya shows his support and it makes her feel good she doesn't want to trouble Aditya, this icy cold CEO must never work in the kitchen, so she doesn't want to trouble him. She even asked the system for help but the system refused, so now she only has herself.

      She quickly comes downstairs and started to make a plan, after writing down her menu and her plan of action, she decided to start her work, while she is doing that, she heard someone behind her and to her surprise it is Aditya.
