Awaken The Berserker (Part 2)

Feng glided forward, the concept of friction just a concept in front of his weird movement. He was fast as well as he approached Rowan. The short sword lightly tapped on the bone spires that had been on the ground around them as they rapidly broke into splinters from the lightest touch. Black mana surged from behind him like a wave and swallowed all the shards from the bone spires, which amounted to hundreds of thousands of shards.

The black mana coated them, and they all floated in the sky behind him. The white mana then lightly dabbed itself on each of them, making a sharp tip and at the same time causing them to spin rapidly so that the white light looked like a barrier of sorts before the black spike. "Remember what I said Rowan! Don't Die!" He waved his hand and Rowan could only look at the attack pouring at him that was reminiscent of a sea of arrows and it was then that Rowan realized that he had just used his mana to pull this off, there was no technique or skill being used. Rowan created storm points rapidly while at the same time he activated the first one of the new skills he had unlocked.

[Call of the Fairy King] [Berserkers Trance] Rowan had activate the second skill regardless of the consequences because it was only the two of them there and not only was he taking this seriously but the massive increase in stats left him not knowing how to use his body so let the berserker do it. Rowan had taken a lot of lives as the storm and even more now so, but it was like they had been waiting for this moment because they had come from all over the city and settled over him like a blanket as he felt a massive surge of strength.

The lines on his body began to glow so violently that the glow could be seen through his storm armament. Rowan put the spear back together as his eyes seemed to lose their sanity and he beat on his chest like a gorilla. "THEN COME!"

Genma had to shift position at this rate to avoid being caught up in the battle but also because the two dimwits had completely forgotten that right in the building up the street Rowan had two people who had their eyes glued to a window watching the madness unfold in front of them. Genma slowly appeared in Rowan's penthouse, much to the surprise of Camille and Em, who entered battle ready stances.

He put both hands up in surrender nearly instantly. "I'm the master of the young man with your friend. I just came here for a better seat. I mean no harm, and while it may look wild, I will intervene before either one of them gets too injured." He then looked at Camille. "As a seer you should understand how badly he needs this. Feng is trying to help him, albeit in the way that is most inclined towards your friend. Camille nodded her head and slid a chair over as she told Em it was okay. Genma in turn offered them snacks, not from this world, as he set the mirror up as well as several defensive techniques to defend the building.

Camille could see the rainbow name and knew that this was a special being, like Rowan and the boy down there. Genma quickly told them everything that Feng and Rowan had talked about while the mirror allowed everyone to comfortably sit on the couch and watch it unfold. Genma had paused for a moment when he finally looked at Ems stats, realizing how lucky that kid Rowan truly was to have a forger and a healer at his beck and call as his journey started would be an immense boon.

Camille was the last to settle into the couch as she adapted to the fact that she was watching someone fight with their life on the line like it was normal tv. "So then Mr. Genma, who do you think is going to win?" Genma brows finally furrowed, as he tapped on the mirror and a side by side of their stats came up. "Twenty minutes ago, I would say that Feng would, without a doubt, have won, but he is ultimately a support class and your friend Rowan is not. The skill he just used has summoned enough souls to make their stats equal despite a thirty level difference, which means that your friend has recently engaged in a slaughter of an unprecedented level.

Feng does have his own means to boost his stats, though, but your friend has a second activation of that ability as well." Camile sighed" So what are you saying then?" Genma scratched his head and took a sip from his drink. "If I'm being honest, I think they are damn near evenly matched after that skill, but the difference in mana cultivation still matters. Given the opportunity, Feng is going to use his domain to teach your friend a valuable lesson in this world about the differences of mana cultivation. Now before then I think we are in a show that people's worlds over would pay billions of star credits to see." Genma furrowed his brow and remembered he would have to convince the school council of his decision and thought about that before he lightly tapped a red button on the mirror labeled record.

It caused Camille to look at him with exasperation, to which he answered with a shrug while Em lightly whispered in his ear. "Save me a copy." She offered him a fist bump and Camille sat back, realizing that the world had ended and all that was left was crazy people.

Rowan faced the sea of shadow shards as the light on them accelerated them to an insane point and all at once, they shot towards him. His mana stat was surging like the rest of his stats as his storm points poured water towards him while he spun. The spear had been turned back into a single weapon at some point, and now it was his tool to command the water as it spun around him.

He pointed the spear forwards, and the water surges skywards as the bone shards slammed into it and continued their path, albeit much slower than before. Rowan then threw the spear up high and spread his arms wide. He summoned lightning from the storm points and the whole tsunami he created exploded and destroyed the bone shards as he used storm steps to propel him into the sky at the same time. He caught the spear that seemed to be hanging there for him and a line of storm points formed in his path. [Storm Stoop]

He became the falcon after the first point hiding his real form and breaking the speed of sound the other ten turned him into little more than a beam of light to most people, but to a level 50 existence like Feng he was still there a magnificent falcon filled with the intent to kill.

Rowan was approaching at nearly the speed of light. Feng lowered his stance and looked up and realized that one of the skills he had used had boosted his stats so massively that Rowan was capable of fighting him. Truly, it was time for him to use skills as well.[Black Bastion]

His shield began to warp until it went from a round black and white buckler to a massive black tower shield. He then shook his left hand, and the sword became a massive white great sword. The weight was the same for him, though, thanks to this being from his mana. [White Cleaver]

He slid one leg backwards and Rowan was there at the spear point, aiming to take his life, but the tower shield perfectly blocked the blow for him. The sound of metal clashing caused a deafening boom that turned the surroundings into little more than rubble.

Rowan was not gonna lose the momentum as the falcon faded and his figure was shown but all of that force didn't just disappear as it slammed into Feng as a gale. He brought the sword down in an overhead swing and cut the gale in half. Rowan created a storm point and attached it to himself and spun rapidly through the air as he struck from above while spinning like a top, the force of the movement pounding the tower shield into the ground like a jackhammer.

It was stuck and Rowan lashed out the moment he noticed. The spear thrust forward a pure thrust as it aimed for a chink in the armor near the armpit and his mark found true as the tip drew blood from Feng as it aimed for his heart. He slid backwards before it could become more than a flesh wound. [Nails of sealing] Feng waved his hand and nails made of light formed in the sky and slammed towards Rowan forcing him to twirl the spear around him to stop them from impaling him.

Rowan was about to dash forward when he got ten feet and fell on his face, smashing it into the ground and causing his nose to bleed. He looked behind him to see a nail that was stuck into his shadow and had trapped him in place. Feng followed up with an armored kick to his face that almost shattered his jaw. He reached his free hand out and slammed Rowan into the ground before tossing him upwards before the nail in his shadow pulled him right back down and into an uppercut that shattered more than one of his ribs.

Rowan flicked his wrist and the spear shot out while connected to the other half by clouds and slammed into the nail freeing him. He wiped some blood from his face and spit out some blood that had surged into his mouth. The spear came back together and he stretched and let out cracking noises. [Category 2] Rowans words caused storm clouds to fall from the sky and to surround them as Feng freed his shield and realized that Rowan had set up the perfect environment for himself to use that powder keg move once again but he did not care , he had seen it once he knew how to defend against it.

He was in this case wrong. Powder Keg used a fine mist before detonating it with lightning. This was a true storm, it was an extension of Rowan and he could see and feel through it and operate it as easily as he does his own body. Rowan slowly walked forwards as lightning crackled in the clouds around them. "Now let's start round 2"
