At the commanding voice, Yun Meiyi turned around with a scowl. And there he was with a face sculpted by the best artists in heaven and a body designed to torture the most defying soul in hell, he looked like any male, she had fantasized about, while reading the romantic novels. 

But there was something in his impeccable beauty that cautioned her against him. As if it was the call of heaven asking her to reject him straight away. “Look for someone else, I am not interested.” She said and then turned away, finding his words meaninglessly arrogant.

But just as she turned, his warning came teasingly, “Are you sure you want to defy me?”

Her frown deepened as she turned to ask, “What’s so special about defying you? Are you a lord of some kingdom whom one can’t defy?” 

The man’s lips curled up in a devilish smirk that looked like a part of his nature. “Even better. I am the Prince of Darkness. The Devil of this universe.”

Raven Beauty: Devil's Only Survival Choice

Yun Meiyi walked out of the store with Liu Si Si and Kuang Tianshi, ignoring Yun Jiaqi in front of everyone. It was her fault to mess up with her. She deliberately got herself into humiliation. Otherwise humiliating someone like this amidst the crowd was not something Yun Meiyi liked. Even for Yun Jiaqi, she wouldn't stoop so low.

Once they were out, she paused her step and turned to face Kuang Tianshi. "What brought you here today, Mr. Kuang?" She would accuse him of stalking her even if that can be the case.

Kuang Tianshi darted his gaze around the mall and then looked back at Meiyi with a smile. "I was just out to check a few things here when I spotted you from a corner. You didn't seem to have a difficult time there, but the dragged scene clearly seemed to be annoying you."

Yun Meiyi didn't accept but also didn't refuse. She was getting irritated by the same cliche show. "Then I should thank you for stepping in heroically."
