Imagine yourself having committed a myriad of mistakes, one linking up to another until even you yourself can’t make heads or tails of the mess you have made out of your life.
And… imagine what would happen if one day you’re given a chance to rectify all those errors and start all over again.
What would you do? Would you be simply trying to correct your past mistakes? Or try to have your version of revenge on whatever wrong had been done to you in the past? Or try to embark on a whole new life… screw the past and all those mistakes?
Xu Jiao: “A new chance is a perfectly acceptable choice, no matter the outcome. But, what’s with this... nuisance?”

The romance in this novel is a bit of a slow burn, and it might take some time for MC and ML to fall in love. So, please be patient^_^

The other chance (dropped!)成

Little bamboo here… Seeing the heading of the notice, y'all might be probably wondering what this is all about! *wink*


So here are some changes I'm going to implement in my book from now on.


01) Well.. after being kindly guided by one of my fellow authors, and going over the chapters I have written up until now, I have realized that they need some editing. So, I have edited the first 13 chapters of my novel and found out that they can be compacted up to nearly 4 chapters.⧬_⧬


So, after posting the newly edited chapters, I'll be indicating them as "edited chapters" under Author's Notes i.e. A/N.


It should be noted that only the first four chapters are there as edited chapters in this book as of now.


Now, moving on to the second and third facts. 


02) Square brackets i.e.[ ] will be used to include any internal ideas, monologues or contemplations of any character.


03) Curly brackets i.e. { } will be used to number any glossary term that I think needs explaining. Then, they will be explained under A/N of the relevant chapters. And also, if any of you need any other term explained, please drop me a message in the comments section. :ℨ


And, on a last note, please don't forget to drop a comment about your ideas on what I write. As a newbie author, your ideas and suggestions can help to improve my writing greatly.
