GRADUATION

Chapter fifteen

The next day Lily packed her bags, She traveled back home to visit her parents, her parents received her with so much joy, Although they were surprised to see her, her dad asked her if everything was okay in school, she said " I've missed my parents besides there's nothing to do in school" she helped her mom prepared dinner that day, her parents asked her how was coping in college, asked about her friends, she told them incidents that happened in college, she told them about Amanda, Jane and Tracy, she told them her friends have been supportive.

Her mom cooked her favorite meal that night, her mom told her about incidents that happened while she was on school , her dad noticed something was bothering lily, He asked Lily 'Lily are you okay?" she replied " I'm fine", her mom continued talking, they were happy that night. The next day, her Dad went to work, lily's mom told lily, to accompany her to the grocery store, she agreed. Lilly and her mom went to the grocery store together, they bought few things they needed at home.

Later that night , she told her parents she had something to discuss with them, she took a deep breath and began explaining how she was raped at a party, she begged for forgiveness, she told them how sorry she was, she didn't mean to hurt them, she told them how confused she was and she's scared the pregnancy will affect her education, her life in general, She started crying, then she said her dreams won't come true. Her mom started crying, her Dad was silent the whole time, he said nothing, he was thinking of what to do about the situation, then he said " lily this is not the end of the world, Everything will be okay, you'll give birth to this child and achieve your dreams". Her mom hugged her and they cried together. A week passed lily went back to school, determined to achieve her dreams, She studied hard. Tracy decided to study hard too, she used Lily's incident as a lesson to herself.

Chapter sixteen

The girls became ambitious, they studied together, did almost everything together. Amanda, Jane and Tracy decided to support Lily in every way they could, Tracy and Jane graduated and later got jobs in different magazine companies. Amanda and Lily graduated the next year.

After graduation Lily packed her bags, and left college. She was happy to be back home, Pearl ran out to hug her Big sister, lily carried her, she kiss her cheek and asked her if she missed her, pearl nodded, and hugged Lily tight, pearl was very close to her Big sister, pearl was beautiful, smart, and outspoken. Little pearl always go to her Big sister whenever her sister was around to read stories to her, Lily enjoys pearl's company, pearl was smart and intelligent. Lily told her parents two weeks after her graduation, that she's going to start her life in LA, Jane and Tracy were residing in LA, it will be easy for her to search for jobs there. Her parents accepted. A week after, Lily left for Los Angeles to start the life she has always dreamt of and determined to make it become reality.
