Jax nodded, with a heavy heart, he stepped aside and walked away. He didn't wait around to watch him take her home. It hurt too much.

Damian glanced down at Serena. His eyes furrowed. His heart burned with jealousy. He knew that he had no reason to be jealous since she loved him, however, he couldn't help how he felt.

Jax made him nervous. He might not be Serena's choice but he seemed to deserve her more than he did. The things that he was supposed to do for Serena, Jax did better than he did.

His mind flashed back to the night of Serena's party a few days back. Had it not been for Jax, they wouldn't have saved her in time when Sofia and Marga made a move trying to kill her.

And today again, the young man came to the rescue. It was only by his help that they found Serena.
