"Are you sure?" Serena asked over the phone.

She held her breath. Lia watched her with a worried look on her face.

Serena had gotten her out of school to go and fetch something she claimed would help her to teach Marga a lesson. To end her once and for all.

While they waited for the person that was going to bring the thing, Serena received a phone call. Lia wasn't aware of the content of the call, all that she could make out was that it was bad news.

Serena went pale after answering the call and she seemed shocked. "Is everything okay?" Serena grabbed hold of Lia to stabilize herself.

The news that she received was heartbreaking. A sharp pain pierced through her heart as she went over what she was told.

Lia held her. It was the most difficult thing to do. Serena was falling apart right before her eyes and there was nothing she could do to stop it.
