First and foremost Sato and his group begun laying out information that stems out from rumors that are circulating around the capital. Based on what they found, the empire itself is fighting on two fronts, both out war and internal war.

In fact the citizens of the empire doesn't mind much about the invasion war that the emperor was operating in order to take full control of the whole continent. After all the merit in war far surpasses than the loss that they will incur.
