I asked Enzo. Even before he could answer my question, the door opened, and everyone entered. I smiled at them. Little Jaylen came running towards me. Holding her hand at Enzo, he laughed, lifted her, and placed her on his lap. She hugged my neck and stayed on Enzo's lap. I hugged her back and kissed her cheeks. 


"HUARGHHH TY VY!" she cried on my shoulders. 


"Yes, baby. I'm here. Don't cry, okay? Here, look at me." She lifted her head from my shoulders and looked at me with teary eyes. 


"I'm fine, aren't I? Don't cry, okay?" She nodded, kissed me on the cheek, and returned to sit on Enzo's lap. He wiped off her tears and kissed the top of her head. I smiled, watching them. He and Jaylen sat beside me on the other side of the bed to give way for others to visit me.
