Chapter-3: serious matter.

All went inside meeting room.

Everyone takes their seat.

Lisa asked May, why she contain an urgent meeting? She stands from seat open her laptop and connect it with the projector system.

She said, "all officers and Lisa, listen very carefully."

She open a file in laptop and that file appeared on screen.

"Everyone… look carefully."

…

Eleena said, "this is the details of today's complaint. What did you want to show?"

May was still in front of Projector screen.

…

'I'll tell you.'

She told that had a lot of complaints. So, she decides to arrange these complaints.

Lisa asked, "then?"

…

"Then I found this."

All complaints came from Long Road City… from different areas. And all complaints were related to women.

…

Strange!!

"We had total 60 complaints today. Plus, complaints from EL city also. When I arrange all complaints as pre-crimes I found this."

She changes image on the screen. New image appeared in which complaints arranged in details.

'As you all can see…'

There are 30 complaint of eve-teasing, 15 kidnapping and in rest of complaints about scoundrels trying to kidnapped.

Lisa, "very strange."

"No Lisa, this is not strange. When I ask their parents for further enquiry, they said that from few days some people used to roam around those areas where their girls used to go."

Like…

Market, mall, saloon, college…etc. This shows that it is pre planned.

After this May take her seat.

Lisa asked all those officers who went at crime spot.

First Connor stand and said, "madam, we found that body on road side. We asked field officer that who saw the body first?"

He replied that he was the first one who saw this and inform us.

When their officers take a look around they found that the area is lonely place. If anyone one came and commit any crime over there.

… They also asked people around that place but they said they don't know anything.

Second Bill stand and said, "I went to area 84. The body was inside garbage box."

When a lady came to throw garbage. She opened the box but she saw dead body and inform field officer. And they informed us.

When they asked that lady, she said that till today there is no box over her but today when she saw garbage box she wondered. She thought that she will throw her garbage inside box but she found this.

Eleena asked, "what kind of area was that?"

Lonely area.

After two of them Zoe stand.

I went to area-10 it was also lonely place near desert section. When we reached there, we a field officer was standing with garbage truck. He said "when I was going for round he saw this truck. Usually he used that road only. When he saw this truck standing like this… he decides to check but found nothing. But when I check back side of truck I saw a dead body and informed us."

 Eleena asked, "what kind of truck?"

Dumping truck… without upper roof section of truck.

At last Eleena personal stand.

I went to area 26. I found body on construction area. When they saw body, they called field officer and field officer called us. All workers were in shock.

Lisa, "what about security guard?"

He was sleeping at night and this happened.

Dr. Amanda stand and asked May that her laptop contains crime spot pictures.

She said yes.

She opened crime spot image and look at each and every image very carefully. She was keeps on looking and after sometime she found something similar in all image.

"Aa… Lisa can you see this."

All officers look at screen. "What?"

She said, "for leaving body… these people chose only lonely places."

And look at these images… clothes were perfectly ok… there is no sigh of dragging or any harassment and Look at these injection marks on their hands.

Lisa asked, "Amanda what else you can say?"

She said that she will answer after when she done postmortem of those bodies. But she thinks that this is very serious matter. Suddenly so much of complaints… They have to do something.

When everyone came out from meeting room German was watching tv.

"Madam look…"

On tv news was running.

In news reporter was saying about 4 dead bodies found in Long Road City.

Today's breaking news is that Police had found 4 dead bodies in different area of the city. Whole city is in fear. Public want to know that what Police is doing.

"Close it." Said by Eleena.

Everyone get back to work and officers go to all people house who came today and asked their neighbors, friends and relatives about missing person behavior. 

"Go!!"

All officers went for enquiry.

Lisa saw Fred. He was thinking about something. She went close to him and asked "what happened?"

He replied that 3 days ago… a man came here to complaint of his missing wife.

"Then?"

He said that today he went to his house and found that his wife came back but her behavior was little bit different. She was little bit scared… something happened madam.

"Did you know where is she?" 

"Yes madam."

She took her car with Fred and 3 more officers and stop her car in front of that women house.

They knock the door and press door bell.

A female opened the door. "Yes!!"

Fred move close to Lisa ear and said, "madam she is."

Lisa said, "Police… can we come inside."

She opened the door and take a sit.

"Where is your husband?"

Office…

"Your name?"

Jenny.

"Where were you from last 3 days?"

I went to my friends house.

"Lie… tell us truth we can help you."

She was little bit scared and keep rubbing her hands, looking here and there. "why are you sweating?"

She cleans her sweat and said nothing… I had a cooled.

…

She told her to tell truth. Her feared face is telling us everything? What's the matter… today if they go from there, they will not come back.

Finally, she speaks up.

"Madam, I was kidnaped by unknown people. They were 5 peoples. One of them stop me for asking address and rest member came from behind and grab me. They put something on my face due to which I get fainted. They take me somewhere. From that place I ran away somehow and came back to my house. When I told my husband about this… he got scared and ask me to stay inside, don't go out."

"Do you remember that place?"

Sorry madam.

"Ok… do as your husband said and don't tell your husband that Police came her."

After this.

All officers move out and came back to Police Station.

Scoundrel area.

HD was playing pool game. Ruby take a seat and have a cup of coffee. Ruby asked about new order to HD. "No need to worry… customer will get their choice product."

"How much time you need HD?"

"Ruby be patient… we had just started. Frist we will provide pictures and after that we take that product. We have to take care with their families also…"

Ruby has finished her coffee. She stands and take a cue. "My turn."

She told him that if he did not provide product in time then… Eddy will find him and if he finds him.

His game will be over.

HD had 10 bodyguards who were standing behind him. All bodyguard height was about 7 feet tall. One of them said "I will handle him."

Before Ruby do something, HD took out his gun and shoot that guard.

"Smart… HD. If I shoot him… then, no one will be left alive her."

After having some conversation about products… Ruby leave out. Her car came and a man came out who opened the car door for Ruby.

HD, "oh! Hello Kevin."

Kevin was tall and muscular man. "Nice to meet you HD… I hope you take good care of Ruby."

Ruby, "let's go Kevin."

Car move out from that area.

Kevin said, "I don't like him."

Ruby, "me too. But we have to listen Eddy also."

…

Kevin hit on his leg, "should I talk to Eddy?"

"No…"

In Police Station.

Lisa thought that before going home why don't she meet Amanda and ask what she found.

She went upstairs but she was followed by Eleena and May with other senior officers. "What?"

"We also want to know?"

Lisa, "Amanda, did you find something?"

Yes… come.

She gave a file in which everything was written.

How death happened.

Cause of death, age, name, any medical treatment she used to take.

She said, "Lisa, I found same drug which I found on first body."

Cause of death… choking. As you all can see rope marks on her neck. These 2-lady died due to over dose of drugs. And this last girl who found in construction area… I am not able to find her cause of death.

Connor, "I think this first lady attempt suicide."

Amanda, "may be."

"Amanda, any molestation?"

"No, Lisa…"

Lisa was confused, she muttered "what they used with these girls?"

She asked to Connor about that EL city, from where we found bullet shell. Connor answered that officer did not find anything from there.

"Did those officers went inside forest area?"

"Aa… yes."

…

"But I don't think so they will find something there. Tomorrow I will go personally."

All officers start coming down.

While coming down Lisa said, "at least we know from that women, that there are some scoundrels who used to kidnap women."

Connor tomorrow you will go to that area and check whole place and arrest all those gully boys. Rest of you officer you all will go to those places according to complaint from areas and arrest all gully boys.

She orders that tomorrow afternoon when she will come from EL city. She wants each gully boys, scoundrels behind those bars.

"Yes madam"
