Chapter-23: black people in a dust storm.

POLICE

KHALIFA

After some days, Kevin had planned to check Officer Vick.

He went close to the Headquarter with his people. They all were wearing black dresses but it was different, it was not the same as the people of Khalifa.

When all officers were inside their office and busy with their work. Suddenly, an officer shouted and told everyone that they had never seen such a big dust storm.

… All officers stood along with the glass and saw a huge storm was coming. Vick was looking around and told Noor to send a message on wireless to stay alert because anyone can take advantage of this storm and hurt an officer.

When Vick was looking around, he saw many drones in the sky. He realized that this storm is created and someone is taking advantage of the storm. He shouted and took all the officers down on the ground with other officers and stood in the entrance. They had covered their faces with clothes so that dust could not enter inside from their nose. He was looking around and a storm reached there and covered all of them. He wears goggle and looks around.

Officers were not able to see anything but he heard a sound.

It was like someone screamed.

Vick quickly gave orders to all the officers to stay on high alert. Vick was moving his eyes left and right to find that man who is behind this.

"AHHH."

Another sound came and he looked towards that officer. He was lying down on the ground. He looked around again but there was no one except dust.

… He was taking heavy breaths and suddenly he realized that someone was standing behind him. He quickly turned back and hit that man.

He fell down and ran inside the dust. Connor was standing with Noor and other officers in a group. Suddenly, he was surrounded by some people who were coming out from smoke and hit him. They used to hit him on his face, sometimes they used to hit him on his back and some on his leg. He got angry but he couldn't do anything, he was crushing his teeth and took a decision. He entered inside the smoke and searched each of them.

He got one man and hit him on his face, he ran away from there to save himself. Vick was moving around and found someone, he was standing straight and staring at him.

… Some people stand behind him.

Vick order all the officers to arrest all of them. He quickly ran towards them and they sat on their bike and ran away from there. That storm stopped and other officers saw that Vick was running behind some bikers with some officers.

Officers were inside their cars and Vick was on his bike. On a highway, Police cars and bikes were following some bikers. They were turning their bike left and right to save themselves from those vehicles which were coming in front of them. They took out their gun and started shooting at Vick but he saw himself by slowing down his speed and staying behind some big cars.

They were riding their bikes very fast and everything was watched by Ruby and she was in her mansion.

Vick increased his bike speed and hit one biker on his bike and that man fell down in the middle of the road. One police car stops and check that man. Another biker tried to shoot him but he could not because he saved himself by hiding himself.

He saw an eighteen-wheel truck and that man was riding his bike on another side of it. He took his bike opposite of that truck and ride his bike under that truck and shoot on his bike.

One by one he took down all the bikers and he is still behind that man. Speed of the bike was increasing and all his officers were in fear because they had never seen such a chase.

Vick can't shoot at him because there were many cars. Somehow, he took his bike opposite of him and tried to grab him. That man took out his helmet and threw it at him. He realized that it was Kevin. For a second, he got surprised, at this moment a diversion came, Kevin kicked on his bike and changed the line.

Vick was riding his bike on that road in which cars were coming towards him. He was turning his bike left and right to save himself. He ordered his system to find the exit. He was looking at Kevin, he was riding his bike on another road. Meanwhile, his bike gives him an answer that exits at fifty meters. He took his bike to the side and when the exit came, he saw an eighteen-wheel truck was coming and another same size truck was passing that exit.

Both the trucks were passing each other and the exit was in the middle of them. Vick had one change and time slowed down. He took a quick right turn and took his bike below that truck and came out. When he crossed that exit, he again tilted his bike on the right side and took his bike below that truck too and came out from the other side.

This scene was watched by all the officers and Kevin. Even Ruby had seen him from a drone and she was shocked to see that.

All the officers were telling everything to the Headquarter and this time they said that they won't believe what they had seen over there. Even Kevin asks Ruby what he had just done. She told him that she can't believe his eyes, so she asked him to run away from him and come back to the mansion.

Police siren sounds were all over the highway and that man was followed by Vick and other officers. Message came from the Headquarter that they had set up a block on the road. Bit Ruby also told Kevin about the block. When blocks came, Kevin takes a jumping position on his bike, when that bike collided with that block and he jumped.

From nowhere, a bike came without rider and Kevin fell in that bike and ran away but Vick increased his speed, took a jump with his bike and kept following. All officers were left behind, they told them to remove blocks from the road so that they could follow them

Both were riding their bikes on the highway and Kevin took a turn to take him towards a zig-zag road. Both were increasing their speed and slowed down when they saw a vehicle coming in front of them. It was a single road and vehicles were passing each other.

Kevin increased speed and ran away from him, he also tried to follow him but due to vehicles he could not but he was still following him. A huge turn came and suddenly, Kevin came in front of him while riding his bike. He quickly turns to the side, he tilts his bike so much that its body touches the road and loses balance. Vick slides at a distance and stopped. Kevin came there and stood in front of him.

"Kid… you are not so fast."

He got back on his bike and disappeared from there. His officers also came there and checked him. Connor picks up his bike and takes him to the Headquarter.

When Kevin reached the mansion, he told her that he could kill him that time but due to her command, he did not. He asked why. She told that she did not want to give him a simple death and she also told him that Khalifa is testing his new smoke on him.

Kevin, "new smoke?" He wondered. Ruby told him that it has changed and he wants to check his power and effect.

In the Headquarter medical section, Vick was sitting and thinking about the chase. His mind was fixed on that bike, he thought that this type of bike used to be ride by him but he was wrong. He also remembered the message which was given by Shortcut to him.

Officers were standing around him and Noor had a call, she took that call and told that she was fine. … She said that her mother used to call her, she cared about her.

He asks about those people who had been arrested by them when they were chasing Kevin. Noor said that an investigation is going on and officers will inform them after interrogation with all of them.

… The Chief came there and told him that due to him they had arrested his man and very soon they will catch them. He saw Vick and he was having bandages on his body. He said that he needs rest and he will continue his work tomorrow.

The Chief gave him permission and he went to his house.

Khalifa had converted that green liquid into gas and he had made ten bullets for Vick. He told his men that they had one chance because if they missed then he was going to kill them all. He also said that they can use some bullets on other officers but at least six bullets they have to use on Vick only.

He had a smile on his face and anger in his eyes because he had given them a lot of damage.
