Chapter-24: green eyes.

Liquid was. Converted into smoke and they had prepared bullets also. Khalifa told his boys when they would attack. He was discussing everything but one of his men came and told him that there is a message for him.

He went to the room where he got a message. He saw that the screen was already on and there was something written on the screen.

"Kevin will do the work."

… Khalifa does not want to have any arguments so he told his men that they have to go to meet Ruby. When she had that message, she was surprised and said that this is the first time Khalifa is visiting someone.

When Khalifa reached her mansion, he saw a huge crowd of people wearing black clothes standing in different places and Ruby was standing on the door, Kevin was standing behind her. All of them entered inside and had a talk. Khalifa told them that he had sent a message to him and in the message, he said that this work should be done by Kevin.

… Ruby told him that this testing is under him then why he wants to make a change. Nobody knows the answer to the question.

After some time, she agreed and Khalifa walked out from her mansion. He left one box on her table, she opened that box and found some bullets. She took one bullet in her hand to check. "Hmm." She asks Kevin that he had to shoot him inside the Headquarter because it will create fear and this will help them in future.

It was noon time, Kevin was sitting inside the car and surrounded by his people. He was waiting for him to come out so that he could shoot him with that bullet. Again, the drone was in the sky and both Ruby and Khalifa were watching them.

… Vick came out from the building, Kevin ordered his people to attack. They quickly took bombs on their hands and start throwing inside the Headquarter. Kevin also stepped out and went inside the Headquarter.

 All officers came out from the building and try to stop them but Kevin throw many bombs on them and they all ran away from there to save their life.

Vick was hiding behind a car. He took his gun on his hand and aimed at him but man saw him and throw one bomb at him. He jumped aside and saved himself but he dropped his gun from his hand. All the officers were coughing and moving their hands in front of their faces.

 …

He ran towards them but one of them caught him and tried to hold him but he hit him badly. He took out his mask and put it on his face. He was looking around and found other members. He ordered all officers to go inside.

He helped them to walk. He gave support to them and one by one they all went inside the building. But when he looked behind before he went inside there was no one. He was about to step inside but he realized that some were standing in the smoke. His both ears stand straight and he slowly turns back. He saw that there was a man standing, holding one gun in his hand.

… Slowly he steps towards him.

Suddenly, Kevin aimed that gun at him and shoot but he saved himself. When he saw that the bullet had green smoke, he realized that he should have stayed behind because he knew that last time that smoke affect him. He was searching for his gun but he did not find it. Taking his attention, he threw something on his left side and from the right side, he ran towards him. Kevin realized that he tried to distract him, he saw his right side and Vick was coming towards from that direction.

He again shoots at him and this time that bullet explodes in front of him. Due to the blast he falls down on his back and he tries to stand up again but Kevin shoot him again. Without wasting time, he kept shooting him, his whole body covered in the smoke and all the officers were looking at them from the building. Smoke started clearing and they also ran away from there but Vick was still covered in green smoke. They all ran away but they are watching him on their systems which were connected with the drone.

They saw that Vick was still covered in smoke because the quantity of the smoke was very high. Screaming sound was coming out from the smoke and green smoke started clearing away and all the officers saw that Vick was tormenting and screaming due to pain. Officers quickly call an ambulance with doctors so that they can check him.

"AHHH"

He was screaming and an ambulance also came. They took him inside an ambulance and reached the hospital. Doctors took him inside and tried to check him but they couldn't because in torment he was moving his body.

Officers also reached there and saw from the door glass that Vick's hand started changing its color and he started coughing.

… Doctors found that while coughing, blood was coming out from his mouth. Doctors decided, they decided that they will give him a sleeping injunction so that he gets silent.

Nurses were about to grab his hand and the doctor gave him an injunction.

After some time, he gets silent and sleeps.

Meanwhile, Noor had called and she told that she was busy with work, and that she would call later. Connor asked her about the call, she told him that her mother called her.

… Doctors came out from the room and they were looking confused because they had never seen anything like this. They were thinking about Vick. They were discussing with each other and telling each other that how is this possible… that virus used to protect him.

All the officers were looking at them and they asked them about his condition. They told that after he woke up they would tell but till then they all had to wait.

… May was still in the Headquarter and she was busy with his work but Lisa was in the hospital and she had a call from the Headquarter. It was Madam Pronica and she asked about the work progress but when she heard that while talking with her, she heard an announcement which was normally heard in hospitals.

When she asks her, Lisa tells her that Vick was attacked by an unknown man and he is in the hospital. Doctors had checked him and they would talk to them when he woke up. One nurse was inside the room and she saw that his hand color was changing and it is getting back its original color.

She wondered and called all the doctors.

They all came there and couldn't believe their eyes. They again checked him and found everything was normal. They check heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen level. They all were wondering how this is possible. Meanwhile, he starts opening his eyes and looking left and right. He saw some doctors and all the officers.

… Doctors noticed something in his eyes and they talked to each other.

Vick wants to sit straight and his officers help him. When he looked around all the officers and doctors with nurses were shocked and took one step back. They all were looking at him in fear but he does not know why they stepped back. … One of the doctors asked him about what happened recently. He told them that he was attacked by some people and one of them shoot green smoke bullet at him.

He remembers everything. That doctor looked at other doctors and they told him one word.

"Confirm."

They give him a mirror. When he saw his face in the mirror, he told everyone that everything was fine… for a minute he thought that he would die but he was alive. …

Lisa had a hand on her face and shock in her face. Suddenly, he realized something. He again saw his face in the mirror. He looked at his face, nose, mouth and ears and everything was ok but when he saw his eyes he was shocked and looked around.

He again looked at the mirror and found that his eyes color changed. Now, its color has been changed and the middle black section is green.

Vick, "doctor??" In shock.

They told him that they knew the reason why this happened with him. … They said that the last time he helped his officers, he gave his blood to them and coincidentally they all had the same blood group due to which he was able to save all of them.

Vick rubbed his head and told them that he thought that it would help them all, that's why he gave them his blood. But doctors told him that they had checked his blood and they found that virus but this time they had found something more.

… He told him that they had taken a small amount of blood to check and when they checked, that was different… really different. He was eager to know about that so he asked them to tell him clearly what they wanted to say.
