Ch.72 Inside the chambers pt.4

Hey guys,

So I have found a schedule that works for me. Tuesday to Saturday I can upload between 9 to 10 pm or earlier if I get time. And Sundays is like a chance day if I have time then I will upload on that day and Monday is off limits because I have quizz and exams on Monday till the rest of the year. So no chapters on Monday.

Another thing this will be the last chapter with the school. From the next chapter it will be all about, Tv deal, Traveling and Concert. After the end of it we will move to the third year. I have some ideas as to what to do with the third year but I don't have anything solid.

Another thing, Friday and Saturday I have holidays so more chapters on those days. And lastly I was wondering if I should work on the old teen wolf novel or make a new novel all together.

I looked at the Circling green shimmering void in front of me and I couldn't believe myself that it had finally worked. This is my greatest accomplishment yet. I won't have to worry about that spell anymore. We finally did it. "Um." I turned my head to Tori and her cheeks were flushed with blood and a small smile curling up on her lips. I tilted my head and she said, "It's not that I don't mind it, but can you let go of me now?"

I looked and I was still holding her from the wait and I quickly removed my hands of her and I stood straight and cleared my throat and looked ahead at the portal with a satisfied smile, "We did it… huh." She said with a hint of disappointment in her voice and turned to her and saw that look and clarified, "It's just that I thought it would take us more time and all. What do we do now?"

I folded my arms and said, "Now we test it for function." I snapped my finger and Jeely appeared with a pop and I said, "Bring me a mouse."

She snapped her fingers and a mouse appeared in the of her hand and I took it my hands and said to it, "You are our first test subject… if you are able to make this journey. It would change everything… your life would mean more than just eating and reproducing…" In the corner of my eye I saw Tori with a weird expression and I said, "I'm just making it more memorable for me… us." She sighed and I said, "Make us proud Jimmy." 

Tori looked disappointed and I walked closer to the portal and I could hear it was like a low hum. I placed Jimmy down and he went straight into the portal and he disappeared and I said, "Find if he is alive?"

With another pop sound Jelly disappeared and I stood there in front of it waiting. And after a few breif moments Jelly appeared again but with Jimmy this time. I took Jimmy, "You… I'll take care of you, you'll like like king. Jimmy."

Tori walked a little forward and smiled, "Congratulations… it works." 

I nodded and said, "Yes, but there are still a few more test to run."

She looked confused and I held my wand up and closed the gate. I walked out of the library and I saw Yuri sleeping. I woke her up and said, "Come, it's time I fulfil my promise."

She nodded and Tori walked up to me and asked, "What are you talking about?"

I opened another gate, but this one was a little bigger than the last one and I said, "I'm moving Yuri out of here."

Yuri went through the portal and Tori looked at me and I gave her my hand and said, "Want to see my house?"

She nodded and grabbed my hand and we walked through the portal. As we walked through I didn't feel any different than walking like I normally do. Except that I couldn't see where I was walking. But all of that was for just a few fraction of a seconds because as soon as I stepped out of the gate. I was back to my home.

Tori and I stood in front of the newly renovated mansion and it did look a lot different, Bigger actually. Yuri was slithering through the grass and I said, "Make sure not to hurt any human!" She yelped and slithered right into the woods nearby my mansion. 

Tori looked at me and I said, "Don't worry. Those woods are mine as well. No human will step foot in here. And I have jeely here to take care of her." I took a sigh of relief, "She can finally live peacefully."

Tori looked at me and said, "Care a lot about her."

A soft chuckle came from my mouth and I said, "She's like family…"

Tori smiled and looked ahead and asked, "So this is where you live huh?"

She and I tilted my head and she said, "I remember you describing this place… either you are very bad at story telling or that you are very humble."

I looked at her and said, "I'm neither…" She looked at me and said, "Bella, did renovation." I looked at her and asked, "Does renovation mean something else in the wizarding world?"

Tori chuckled and said, "It might to the Greengrass's"

I was looking at an intimidating structure with white marble columns leading to a pair giant double doors made from walnut wood perhaps. I looked at Tori and she looked excited and said, "Let's go. I want to see your home." I don't know if it's even home anymore. I opened the door and we stepped inside and I saw white marble on the ceiling and on the floor with artisanal work and a giant chandelier hanging in the middle of the room.

Tori looked around in amazement and I looked at it all and it did look beautiful, but it just didn't feel the same home to me. I looked at found the portrait of grandpa still hanging around and I sighed in relief at least they didn't change that. Tori walked to the right and found a pair of door leading her to the once dining hall now just a ball room I suppose. Or is it both I have no idea. There was piano sitting in here and at the end of the room another pair of doors leading to the new Dining hall which was just too huge for me.

It housed a giant cherry wood table with carvings and gold work and all and an adjacent kitchen. Tori looked at me and said, "It's huge."

I turned to look at her and said with a sigh, "Yeah." She took my hand and said, "Come on show me your room."

We stood in front of my room it was still on the second floor and I was a little nervous now. I just hope they didn't change it too much. We entered to see and it was bigger than before and it followed the rest of the house with the marble ceiling and all. But the rest was just I let it. The bed closer to the giant window. The book shelf closer to the fireplace along with the study desk. There were some new Additions as well.

Tori sat down on the bed and hummed and I looked at her and asked, "What?"

She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Nothing I was just expecting a messy room."

I looked at her and said, "Didn't Daphne tell you about my room?"

She chuckled and said, "I thought that you cleaned it up because a girl came there." She laid down and said, "Oh, this is comfortable…" She patted the bed and said, "Try it… you have to sleep in it."

I looked at her and I sat down and bounced a little and she was right it was a lot comfortable. She grabbed my shirt and pulled me down and asked, "What's going on? Do you not like me coming here?"

She looked at me with those doe eyes of her and said, "No, it's not that…" I sighed and explained, "This just didn't feel like it used to you know… I get that I only lived like a summers worth in that home. But it felt nice… it felt lived in. This feels more like a hotel or something."

She chuckled and said, "Then just live here and make it feel lived in." She smiled and said, "It's still your home… just with a fresh coat of paint." A rumble came from my belly and she looked at me and said, "Someone's hungry." 

I got up and said, "let's get some breakfast…" 

We went downstairs and I called out to Jeely and said, "Can you make us some breakfast?"

Jelly looked at me and I said, "Fine… Make us breakfast." I turned to Tori and asked, "What do you want to eat?"

She thought about it for a minute and said, "Pancakes and ice cream." I looked at her and she said, "I deserve a little treat. I helped changing the wizarding world today." I chuckled and nodded. I turned to Jelly and said, "And a full english for me."

She popped out and Tori walked to the piano and had a smile on her face and said, "You wrote anything new?"

I shook my head and said, "No…" She pouted and I said, "I seriously didn't…" she then asked, "Then sing something that you already wrote." I looked at her and she said, "Come on please?"

I sighed and walked to the piano and thought of what to sing, I then think I got it the final nail in the coffin I guess.

I cracked my fingers and started to play Fur Elise. and she looked at me and said, "That's Beethoven…" I smiled and said, "Just wait… it changes." she looked at me quriously and I played it for a while before changing the melody to the one that I wanted. It was upbeat but sad at the same time. 

She smiled and said, "It's good." The melody then started to mellow out and I started to sing,

"🎵🎶I wanna take you somewhere so you know I care 

But it's so cold and I don't know where 

I brought you daffodils in a pretty string 

But they won't flower like they did last spring.🎵🎶"

From the corner of my eyes I could see her, she wasn't to pleased with another sad song but I still continued on with it.

I'm just so tired to share my nights

But all my tears have been used🎵🎶"

I looked at her and she looked sad and said, "It's good…" She looked at me for a while and asked, "Do you feel that way?"

I shrugged my shoulders and said, "I don't know… it's just something that I think about… sometime. Is it like too sad?"

She chuckled softly and said, "It's sad but it's good. It's you. So it's always good."

Jeely came with the food and said, "Come heir, the food is ready."

She smiled and said, "Let's go… I don't like cold pancakes." She walked into the dining room and I stood there and thought of her smile. It didn't look sad or anything. It was more of an understanding and a caring smile. "Jon!" I scratched the back of my head and went to have breakfast.
