Some of them had seen her before and the others who hadn't seen her still recognized her.

She was their new PR Head–Kate Jones.

Her face looked paler than the last time they saw and it highlighted her freckles. Her messy hair and thick-rimmed glasses covered most of her features.

Her brown hair and brown eyes didn't do much to glorify her ordinary looks either.

''Mannerless,'' the woman stepped inside as she muttered under her breath but her voice was deliberately high enough for them to hear what she said.

The employees in the PR department looked at each other in disbelief. She actually dared to say that on their face?

So what if she was the PR Head? She was only a new employee in the Cardale Empires while they were veterans, having been working here for years now.
