SHE IS NOT A QUEEN

Hazel ended up following Jaxon and both of them walked down the same path she remembered, since it hadn't been that long she was last here.

"What now?" Jaxon asked her coldly, since it was only the two of them here, he dropped his façade very fast.

In front of other people, he would be very polite, but once there was no one around, he acted like he didn't even give a shit about her.

On the other hand, Hazel ignored those unpleasant words from the royal beta and started to walk around this place. She stared at her surroundings and then back at the bracelet that was wrapped around her wrist.

"Did you find something?" Jaxon's voice rang annoyingly in this quiet part of the forest, as he followed behind her.

He didn't walk too close to her, but not too far as well, the distance was enough if he needed to be beside her at any given moment.
