Chapter 94: Counted

I have no idea where Callum was taking me. But I know this wasn't the way back to Io's shack where I was staying. I couldn't see properly, because, aside from the fact that my world turned upside down the way I was being carried, my vision was blurred and exacerbated the situation. My stomach retched terribly from being pressed against Callum's broad shoulders. 

He took a couple of turns which I have no idea what direction it was. I could only make out a faint blue glow emanating from the snow-covered ground, which seemed to be reflecting the moon that was high in the night sky. That until the snow faded from my line of view and he was now threading the ebony wooden floor, three steps flight stairs, and then the sound of a door creaking echoed into the still night air.
