The patches Lynx and Callum made already dried up and set up the icebreaker on the bow after it was cleaned and oiled. The crew was gathering every last bit of items we needed before we depart today.

"Are you sure you're not going to come with us?" I turn to Callum as he asks Auria for the fifth time around since this morning after she had decided to stay here at Silverfrost with Io.

Auria stepped closer to him and took his hand. The corner of my eyes squinted a bit, and jealousy nipped on my chest at the mere contact between the two. However, I keep myself calm and collected knowing there was no meaning between the touch and that the two of them were just friends. Also, I reminded myself as well that we are leaving and she decided to stay behind. A small amount of friendly affection won't hurt and I don't want to act like I own Callum.
