A Dead Guard and a Treasure Gone

Carlos Circus, Baysworld, Cascoss, November 12th, 2006, 12:30 P.M

Paul Awake, a tall, thin, strong, young security guard was making his way back to the vault from his lunch break. He had amber eyes and lovely flowing blonde hair. His six pack was slightly showing beneath his security shirt.

He soon arrived at a short, silver shipping crate. Inside were the funds that the circus would generate over its stay in many locales, including Baysworld.

Paul's big smile became smaller when he noticed that the FORMAL card scanner was damaged, and the light kept flashing between green and red. He pulled at the door and as he moved it, the door locked into place and then move again, only moving when the light turned green. He stopped for a moment.

He barely made a gap large enough to fit his arm and shoulder through, but nothing else. He took apart the detector and adjusted the wires until the light showed a permanent green colour.

Paul wiped the sweat of his brow and moved the door again, only to find an atrocious sight. His friend Kyle Kelvin, another guard with emerald, short hair, was laying there on the floor dead, blood was on the floor and up against the bars that separated one half of the container from the other. The gate door inside was wide open. All the Rhombodian cash was still there, at least as far as Paul could see. But the treasure king Julian Palarock had gifted Laurance Carlos had gone missing.

Paul dropped the cup of coffee that he had procured for his fellow guard. He screamed in sorrow which attracted the man in charge.

Once Laurance saw the sight, he closed the container and disabled the detector. He then took Paul's badge and placed it on the door and turned on its camouflage feature.

He helped Paul to his feet and took him to get some rest and then he contacted the Everleason Police Department.
