I have Dreams

As Liam and his companions ascended, their path up became more accessible and more manageable by the floor when all the guards disappeared at one point. Another matter was that the staircase went straight up, and they didn't have to look for another one.

The only tricky thing now was climbing it, which was only a problem for the two who were running away from the city. It wasn't a problem for Liam, and the other two creatures just lazed on Liam's shoulders and didn't have to do anything.

"Do you mind if I speed things along?" Liam was getting a bit impatient.

"… um, I'm not sure we would be able to tolerate the speed." Tina hesitated as she answered.

Liam signed and reassured them that they didn't have to worry about it. Tina reluctantly agreed with it as she was also exhausted, especially because she was carrying her son.
