A Bit of Tension

"I did not say anything because I knew that I could not. Mason is not from here, he was brought here, and he is one of the faces I have seen in my visions. I couldn't, I knew that I had to bring him back. It would have been dangerous if anyone else put the collar on." Adina said and Athena rubbed her temple clearly aggravated but also seemed exasperated. Adina had been holding a lot of her visions to herself lately. Drawing in her books, but hiding them so others would not see.

She was already tired of being labeled at such a high value with her gift that she would never even earn the right to a family. The elders did not want true oracles as they called them here to deviate from the path of light. They should only follow the teachings and remain pure.
