"How is she?" Vintas asked deciding to ask this question first.

"I see," Vintas commented, "Guess it's just a little longer before we are able to meet her then. Portia and I do truly look forward to it Carter," Vintas told him. Carter sighed inwardly, Vintas was a strong man. Stoic sometimes, but his presence was always calm and Carter appreciated it.

"I appreciate you and Portia. Thank you for being here," Carter said just looking out and Vintas stood there with him. Just offering support in the silence of a friend by your side. Vintas was not good at consoling, but he was honest.

"How goes the door? Were you able to look at it?" Carter asked glancing at him. Vintas shrugged.
