Lili was staring into Lei's deep black eyes and had little idea how this happened.

She recalled how she got his message saying that he would be her guide. Because who was better for showing you around the town than its citizens? And she agreed.

First, she thought she would be safe with Lucy, but that fake friend said her love life was sadder than anyone else's, so she played a little matchmaker.

So, Lili was ruthlessly kicked out of the car in front of the dragon's villa. It was a little earlier than Lei thought she would come, but when she explained her 'situation' he shoved her into the playroom and went to deal with some business first. She was 'forced' to play SoL with the entire team.

These little brats had teased her about how she was a useless player without her weapon. That she wouldn't be so good cause she had low APM.

Of course, she would be useless when she had no time to train. And when she reminded them that they had won last time thanks to her weapons too, right at that moment Lei walked in.

He smiled so handsomely that her heart almost leaped out of her chest. She smiled back and everyone else around was looking at Lei and Lili as if they were watching a tennis game. Back and forth. Back and forth.

So Lei was taking care of his younger brother. Since then, he has always been serious about everything. A serious grownup who never smiles.

Yitian told her why. More in detail. Lei's and Chao's mom died in a car accident when they were young and their father worked a lot.

It touched Lili's heart a bit. Okay, more than a bit. She was used to not having parents around, too. But she had at least great-grandma to bring her up.

Then he took her around the town. He showed her mostly the Kowloon area. Local shops, they had an awesome lunch in one restaurant, talked a lot, and simply had a great time. She learned a lot of things about him while they were taking a stroll in a park. Some family stories, some school stories.

She liked one the best. It showed her how good Lei was. He told it that it went like this, probably:

"Well, you could say Chao was a troublemaker, and I was the one paying for it. In one of the special moments when our father came home, Chao was like 16 or 17 years old. He had decided to piss our father off as an act of revenge and he had taken some of his game demos and tried to play them. Then he wrote a review and dissed the games. But instead of handing it in himself, he hid it in my study room and father found it there when he looked for some documents." He paused for a brief moment and smiled at her.

"I have worked at the company since I was eighteen or so. Well, because the review was on point, he got mad at me. I remember how I looked him dead in the eyes and said: 'Do you think that I played those games? Oh, you did not notice that I'm a businessman like you, so I can't write reviews on games. I won't tell you who did that, but go and try to find them.' And then I walked away to hide those games in his own office. He was so confused because they were still in his drawer, so it could be only someone from the house. But Chao was in school and I swore that I didn't do it. So, he left it to be, but closely watched my moves." Both of them laughed and Lei continued.

"What pissed him the most when we started this club was that we were not playing his games but someone else's, foreign ones. And when Chao made himself captain, he then knew who was the genius player in our family. So, we made a deal that he will invest some money in us and Chao would make initial reviews for his new games." Lei finished, took her hand, and warmed it up a bit.

"Are you cold? You have the only shirt and it's getting late so it will be colder. And aren't you hungry? We can go have some street food at Sham Shui Po. You need to have the best time here." Lili was so moved, so she simply agreed.

He was taking care of her so much today that she felt really good.

'Oh, hell, even if he wanted to only sleep with me, I can take it because of how kind he is to me,' Lili thought jokingly.

The curry fish balls she had were simply awesome, the Siu Mai they had together, yummy, and they looked like a real couple while eating it. Lili was stuffed after eating some more dim sums, grilled octopus, and bowl pudding as a dessert.

Well, she did tell him some of her stories, too. He looked so fascinated by the different cultures. And when they were talking, they found out that they were both heavy drinkers.

"Let's have a bet. Who will get drunk sooner?" she asked, and he agreed.

He quickly searched for a bar on Baidu and they took off. A little she knew how bad an idea that was. That was why they ended up like this.

Lili was staring into Lei's deep black eyes over the table. A shot in the hand and doing like eighth cheers with Lei. And oh god, she was getting wasted today. Because. She. Would. Never. Lose. To. Someone. In. Drinking.
