Celia wondered why it had made such a big difference when someone like Carter stepped into the scene. She was suddenly much more visible now. 


“Will you be able to follow the sequence of poses that I’ve already devised?” Celia asked Carter with concern after Ian returned to yet another office. 


“I’ll just free flow, trying to follow your moves,” Carter replied. “I guess that’s what that other guy would have done?”


“Oh yes, you’re right about that,” Celia agreed. 


Meanwhile, Grace was helping another assistant call up candidates who were available to accompany William. She had privately asked Ian if she could do this. William didn’t have a reason to refuse; he’d really looked forward to having Celia as a partner for the Business Elite promotion.
