Food

Leon slowly lifted his gaze to see what was talking in front of him.

Made up of seven stars, the constellation Lemmus roughly resembles the shape of a wing, shinning bright in the sky of the realm of clouds Leon found himself in.

"Indeed you are rare. We Constellations were not made to be like gods but are special ourselves. I will give you a weapon you desire, in return for something"

"What would you like me to return with?" Leon asked.

"...Quite impatient aren't you" the male voice said from the sky. "When the Time comes, I'd like to have you do some thing for me, I don't know what it is but when the time comes, you cannot deny, we will be under a constellation bind, which will benefit you too. You will be able to use a potion of my abilities. Now bring your hand

The sky closed in on Leon and the seven stars forming a wing shone brightly to reveal the image of a yellow haired man in white robe, his eyes was blue and beautiful. The man's hand slowly lifted Leon's. He suddenly jacked his hand away.

"Please where is the way out?" he asked.

'...How was he able to break away from my snooze. As expected of the Mor'kind' "What are you doing..?" The constellation said.

'I would have really taken it if not for this'

[Sui Generis: THIS IS UNLIKE YOU has been triggered]

[You will lose a skill if you take the constellation's hand]

[Due to profession, you have resisted constellation's mind spell]

"The moment I realised you used a spell on me, you are not trustworthy. Now get lost!"

The constellation Lemmus was greatly shocked by Leon's action. Leon returned back to the reality, he checked the store once more but still couldn't find items he could afford, hence he decided to close it, but he saw something as he was about to close it.

> White blindfold(Mythic): A blindfold item that was once used by one of the triad gods, in his seven hundred years of pilgrimage, it increases user's perception by 5 every day, if user is a Mor'kind; it increases all user's sight skill by ten level in every 7,000 hours of wearing. This item was posted by an unidentified individual. Item costs 150,000 hidden fame points.

Leon was awed, "...that...is awesome!!" He yelled into the air, sending away the birds on the tree; briefly tearing the silence of the silence in the forest with his loud voice.

[You have purchased item: White Blindfold]

Leon held the white blindfold in his hand, "It's scary to think of using a blindfold again, but the reward is great, increasing by perception by five every day, a time will come where I wouldn't even need to see stuff until I can sense them." Leon said with a smile, "This wasn't what I wasnt expecting but I'm satisfied."

...Meanwhile...

Frankenstein, the chairman of Morkgol grinned in his office.

"I'm allowed to do this much, since Charles knows what to do to get quest that will give him amazing rewards, this much should be able to make him stand Charles' threat." the chairman said, "Has his profession defect been triggered?"

>> Yes, due to meeting with the constellation which was not supposed to happen yet, it has been triggered.

"This is unlike you, a defect that allows him to take some specific actions in exchange for his skill, plus the skills are randomly selected...Blind Sage...how will you deal with this?" The chairman was enjoying himself as he watched the screen where Leon marched to the Tirianae territory castle to die his last death.

"How are the others doing?" The chairman asked.

>> SCR001, SCR007 are close to another entry of the main quest. And a player's percentage of obtaining HiPEX04 has risen to 89.3%

"It seems after a stagnation of one year, with the arrival of one person, things seems to be progressing." The chairman locked his fingers and continued to watch.

....

[You have entered hunger state]

Leon was surprised, "I thought I have resistance to all this kind of things" as he looked to his left he saw it right there. Bevin's tavern and beneath the huge sign board of the tavern was written 'we sell delicacies too' A satisfactory look invaded Leon's face. "If I will die soon, there's no regret in taking my time to eat right" He said to himself as he made a turn and headed to the tavern.

From the outside it looks intimate, cheerful and inviting. Stacked stones and hardwooden pillars make up most of the building's outer structure. It's hard to see through the curtained windows, but the laughter and cheering from within can be felt outside.

As he entered the tavern through the small, softwooden door, he was welcomed by laughing voices and aromas of roasted meats.

The bartender was engaged in a conversation, but still managed to welcome him with a glance. Before he could walk further inside he was greeted by an attendant in the dress of a maid.

It's as engaging inside as it is on the outside. Several walls support the upper floor and the chandeliers attached to them. The walls are full of paintings, all in a different style, but all of the surrounding area. The tavern itself is packed. Passing traders seem to be the primary clientele here, which often leads to exciting evenings. Several long tables are occupied by, what looks like couples, lone travellers and anybody else who enjoys great company. The other, smaller tables are also occupied by people who seem to be enjoying themselves a lot, perhaps too much, if such a thing is possible. Even most of the stools at the bar are occupied, though nobody seems to mind more company. Leon was greeted by an atmosphere he has never felt in his entire life. He was estranged by it but he found himself longing, wanting to be a part of the loud laughters and jokes.

He looked around as the attendant escorted him to an empty table that seemed to be the last.

"What are your orders sir?" She asked.

"I need a tasty, what do you have?" Leon asked in response.

"We have: Basted Orange & Olive Pasta, Dried Egg & Coconut Potatoes, Mango and Plum Ice Lollies, Chestnut and Walnut Pastry, Grapefruit Sorbet, Ginger Waffles..."

"I need something with a lot of chicken and spice what would you recommend?"

"Cooked Mountain Duck, Tenderized Lime Turkey, Breaded Basil & Clove Lamb, Slow-Cooked Egg & Beans Turkey..."

Leon stopped her, "It's okay, its okay, I can see you have alot on your menu. I think I'll go with the tenderized lime turkey..." he said.

She bowed and walked over to behind the bar. Leon looked around as he waited for his order. After some minutes she came in carrying a tray of food and gently placed it on the table in front of Leon. The food was covered but Leon could already perceive the aroma.

"Would you like carbonated drinks? beer? wine? or juice ..." The maid asked.

'Cheeeeeee...they have carbonated drinks in a fantasy game? kudos to Morkgol, well since I'm still a minor, it's obvious..I'm going for' "The carbonated drink please." he responded.

The maid bowed and left, Leon opened the steel bowl used to cover the food and inhaled deeply the aroma of the boiled turkey that was fully immersed in the stew, with a spread of lime on it.

The maid returned and dropped a bottle of coke on Leon's table. He thanked her with a nod as he got ready to dig in. Few minutes into the meal, he already felt Heavenly, he was munching the turkey and hmphing into the air upon every swallow, plus he was eating with bare hands. It was no understatement when it was said that Age Of Aron meals had the same taste or even better than the real world, it all depended on the cooking skills.

Leon opened the bottle of coke and gulped it, only to be more bewildered, 'I have drank this multiple times and no denying it. It tastes exactly the same' He held the bottle in his front, 'To think a day would come where I would see the colour of this drink, you're black...just like my vision in the real world, but so satisfying' he continued eating.

"You must be enjoying yourself huh, by the way you are eating alone, I can tell you are one of those guys that maybe don't have enough to eat in real, how much did you pay at the rent shop for you to use a million dollars capsule" The guy concluded, inviting himself to the empty chair in front of Leon.

"...ah shit...the food suddenly leaves a bad taste"
