Improvise l

"What do you mean?" Trey asked grimly. I didn't blame him, after all, I have been the top schemer of the family and everything I do is heavily calculated and sophisticated to the extreme, I just can't lose so for me to call him and tell him that we might need to throw the plan out the window...he knows things are serious.

"I got information that the powerhouses of the Federation are speeding up their plans of becoming sponsors of the top factions of the academy. From what I hear it is due to me and Duan Ru Feng being present at the Heaven and Hell auction when everyone was getting exposed."

I watched Treysin open his eyes wide in shock before he gave out a few orders and checked his information networks. It was clear that he had to make sure this was true even though it came from me, we had one of the biggest information and spy networks in the Federation, and not even the royals know about this. They probably don't know that at least 14% of their members are spies and as for my own spy network that not even my family knows about...well let's just say that it is bigger than Treysin's

Treysin seemed to be looking at something in front of him, probably that large ass board in the front of his office, and looking at the subtle changes of expression on his face it seemed like he found what he wanted.

Treysin shook his head and sighed and said, "This was not expected in the least. Who knew that all those things would've been exposed during that auction? Normally things would not be this serious but due to the gold mine that is the academy they are not taking any chances."

I nodded my head and completely agreed with their actions. I would've done the same thing, the academy is a huge opportunity that only an idiot would pass up, all of the Federation's top talents in one setting, and the opportunity to have them all in your grasp, who would let this slide? Besides it's not like this is an insidious plot...well it is but, to be honest, the top brass doesn't want to see the royals gain more power. They know that we have eyes on the academy as well, for fuck's sake I and Rizen attend the school, but I'm sure they have no idea what we really want.

"Hakari, what do you think we should do with this info? I already know what went down at the auction and I know that Lykan will stop at nothing to kill you and Ru Feng. Of course, you could just kill him but that will just put the academy under a microscope and make how you deal with Zantar close to impossible." Treysin relayed and I had to agree with him on this one.

When I first found out what Lykan was scheming I was going to kill him before he even stepped foot in the academy but I couldn't for two reasons. The first being that he wasn't at the auction and the most likely cause is that he either entered the academy when I left for the auction or he was just staying out of the crowd, either way getting my hands on him at that time was not happening. The second reason being that by killing him, the investigation the academy would go through would be intense and would be taken advantage of by the powerhouses to frame and kill off the top talents of their enemies. I would be safe from those types of things but they were still annoying to deal with.

The main con from all of that though would be that it would make killing Zantar next to impossible. He would go into complete hiding in the academy and have protection with him 25/8, shit, the teachers would probably have to go to his dorm to give him lectures. Although, that was when I was looking at it from the perspective that I planned on killing him, now that I plan on crippling him most of these worries vanished. I limited myself to just one kill in the academy and that was for Zantar but now that he is going to be crippled by me I can just do the same for Lykan but he is instrumental in my plan for the Solar Dragons so he has to live. I hope I didn't burn him too bad, he should be fine unless he is more of a bitch than I thought.

Honestly with all these variables and changes, even if the top class wasn't scrambling with their sponsors and plans I was always going to improvise the plan. It would just be hard as I would lose coordination with Trey, but now that I have the opportunity to report this I can take advantage of this opportunity.

"It doesn't really matter that much now." I said dismissively, "I plan on crippling Zantar anyway and as for Lykan, we don't need to worry about him. For one he is heavily injured and second, he is key to the plan with the Solar Dragons so we need him alive for now anyway."

"I know." He said shocking me, I looked at him again for confirmation to make sure that my ears were working correctly. He smiled and said, "What did you think I didn't know?" He asked amusingly with that damn shit eating grin on his face, "Rizen watched the whole thing and showed it in a group call with me, Bashar, Everen and Kirean. You shoud've been there funniest shit of my life honestly." He revealed leaving me lost for words.
