Felicity kept her face in her hands as though it would keep Marco from looking back at her. If she couldn’t see him, he couldn’t see her. All the questions began racing through her mind. What were her and Levi doing? Was he worth this? How did she get here? Was everyone right that it was time to move on? Was it too soon for her? What about the baby? It was supposed to be Marco’s and she hadn’t even figured that out yet.
Her knees began to ache which was what brought her back to her feet. She stared at the picture of her and Marco. She looked around at every single photo she had out. It was as though his eyes bore into her soul. Reminding her that he was her one true love and Levi was just…what? She rushed out to the balcony and allowed the fresh air to clear her mind of everything that invaded it. There was a storm coming, she took it as a sign that Marco was in heaven, punishing her.
