Necklace

"Hello…" The soft voice murmured.

The moon shined bright, blessing the seemingly endless stretch of grass with its light. Fairies danced amongst the twigs of my favorite tree’s branches. They looked like tiny street lamps, illuminating the darkness that laid under the leaves.

And I was crying, pouring my feelings out. I came here because I didn't want anyone seeing me cry. That was the last thing I wanted anyone to see. Yet someone was already here. I looked up, trying to wipe my tears and rubbing my already swollen eyes in.

Standing on a big ungrounded root, was a little boy. His bright blue eyes glowed brighter than the moon or the fairies, or even all of them combined. I remembered…

That was when I first met him.

I remembered that place was Central Heaven. But that boy’s name. No matter how much I tried to, I couldn't remember. This was one of my very few memories, before I turned 5 years old. That thing they did to me. It erased all of my memories back then…
