Murder

“When are they not nagging?” Damon sighed. “I don’t understand why they are always so worried.”

“Can we blame them?” Daniel took a sip of his drink. “After what happened to dad, the excess nagging makes a lot of sense.”

The memories of his father made his mood a little down and gloomy. It had been many years, yet the mere thought of what had happened to him made him feel both sad and angry.

This was why he didn’t mind the nagging, especially his mother’s. She had already lost her husband. She didn’t want to lose her sons as well.

Damon patted Daniel’s shoulder to comfort him. Arthur’s sudden demise was a massive blow for him too. It was hard for him to cope with the loss of a great person who had taken him under his wing after he had lost his parents.

Arthur had always been his greatest supporter and role model.

“Don’t worry. We will find them,” Damon assured him, and he wasn’t lying.
