Seeing the two together made Nicholai squint, more when Ansel went to the Infirmary with a chicken. When Megan and the kids took a look, Ansel only waved and pranced toward Megan, whose eyes shone at the sight of the pet. It was huge—everyone, aside from Nicholai, had the same thoughts.

As for Darius, he was more into looking at Frey, who was being treated for his stab wound. The wound was not deep, but there was a puncture hole that might kill him through excessive bleeding. After saying goodbye to Blake, Darius walked closer to Frey. The nurse found it strange that he was sporting a big grin, but Frey only gurgled a ridiculing laugh.
