ADVENTURE

One day, quite by accident, the story of the Great Pyramid began. Everyone was amazed by its unusual size, but it was still a mystery who created it and for what purpose, to survive for centuries and convey its message to people. But what message? Why and how? You must understand that, like everyone else, I was fascinated, confused and delighted by the achievements of the ancient past. At times, it seemed to me that all this was basically easy and that only here "around the corner" was an explanation of all my doubts waiting. And then, carried away by another idea, delighted with the second discovery, the pyramid fell into oblivion again, waiting for some new suitable moment to delight and pamper me again.

Here I am now, where, terribly aware of my nothingness, I tremble before the great discovery, the greatest adventure of my life. I can't tell you my exact position. I have to protect the discovery, myself and you. Even with such a well-equipped escort, my life is in danger. I'll just tell you I'm in the Pacific, south of the equator. It is the middle of January and the outside temperature at sea level is 32 degrees. We are sailing at a depth of 150 meters at a constant speed of 10 knots in the direction southeast of Asia in the direction of the continent to which the prisoners are being expelled from Her Majesty's colonies. We are going at a cruising speed with the eyelids raised, the powerful lights on the "Nautilus" are on and I am amazed to observe the water world in front of and around the submarine. And then, pulling me out of the observation, the captain's voice reached me from the loudspeaker and told me to head to the diving suit chamber. I felt that an exciting adventure was ahead of me. I immediately headed to the side through the corridors intersected by heavy steel doors that hermetically divided the space so that water could not penetrate into more compartments of the submarine. When I entered the room, they were already waiting for me and helped me to quickly get dressed in an incredibly strong and easy and flexible diving suit. I got a supersonic gun and a laser knife. I was a little surprised why they were giving me a weapon, but the captain just nodded. Then they started the process of equalizing the pressures and we moved to the next chamber which had a kind of well-pool through which one could go directly to the seabed. We dived in and out of the submarine. Through the visor of the suit, I watched in amazement the lighted flat, sandy beach. A voice reached my ears and told me that I would see something that had long since fallen into oblivion and might never be discovered. Weapons were given to me because giant white sharks and krakens are able to grind and strengthen the ship in these waters. We stopped here because it is a natural bay and our mother ship will be waiting for us there, and now they will give us mini jets to go faster. And really with a drive like this we went fast and easy. Delighted by the landscape, the multitude of life and the most diverse variety of the tropical sea, it was very easy to forget that there is a constant danger lurking here. The only reminder of that were the wrecks of old sailing ships with tilted masts and already broken ropes from torn masts. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a huge shadow of winding arms twisting around the newly sunk ship and I was shaken by the power of the experience. We quickly continued our way, hoping that we had not attracted the attention of the sea monster, and we went behind a large reef. After a good 30 minutes of driving, we climbed to the top of the underwater plateau from where the view shot of something huge that rose from the depths to the sky. I lost my breath for a moment and stood like a thunderbolt, admiring the clear lines of the underwater pyramid, when the captain told me to continue. We descended a good 500 meters and found ourselves in front of an opening that led to the interior of a huge building. There, the captain pointed a device at the lion statue next to the door and it opened. We sailed. The door closed and the vaults and walls began to glow with a bluish light. Going forward, I was shown. After 50 meters, another wall-door opened and we entered the room with smooth walls. There, immediately after our entrance, the door slid smoothly into the invisible bed and the water began to empty. We waited, and then took off our spacesuits. Who, where are we, what is this? Who did this? So impatiently I began to bombard questions around me. I touched the walls. They were smooth and warm. Somehow they seemed timeless and unearthly. The captain just told me to move on. Along the way, he explained to me that he discovered the pyramid quite by accident when he was waging war with his hated enemy in the past and that he knew that it was over 350 meters high and that it had a base square of one kilometer, of which the walls are not as bright, although he guesses, and thinks he knows who built it. Now I wondered: How come he doesn't know what it is for and what it is made of, and he knows who built it? He looked at me very sadly and said that "we" made it, but we who came from Venus many millions of years ago. I thought he was out of his mind, and then we entered the chamber ... where on the stage lay bodies so similar to ours but huge, about 5 meters long, in some transparent coffins immersed in liquid. On the coffins are drawn maps of the sky in the same pictorial script as in the Great Pyramid of Giza. It exploded in front of my eyes. Well we are descendants of aliens. The pyramids are cosmic plants of life and energy, passing stations for visitors from space. So it was easy to build them. They are left to us as a testament to our origin and our future. I got sick. Yet it is a shocking discovery and too much of a burden for my brain, my body and my soul. We left the room and went down the winding corridor to the storage room, from where the captain's men, with the utmost caution, pulled out a couple of boxes to be transferred to the submarine.

"This is the secret of my power and movement. I am not a sublime scientist like you, but I am a practical man and this here allows me a drive that is nowhere else in the world. That's why my submarine can dive deeper than anyone, sail faster, higher, quieter. Don't ask me how I found out, because sometimes it is necessary to keep quiet. Just so you know that this weapon is also from here and that the action of a much more powerful one is described in the Mahabharata. We have to get back to the ship. Now you see what I have been struggling with all these years, why I am rushing to keep a secret. Now you understand my withdrawal from the world of people and why I hate those primitives. Just imagine a fanatic who would get hold of this. I must ask you never to say a word about this in the name of science, humanity and our friendship. You haven't seen this, understand?"

"Yes, I completely understand you."

Suddenly I felt all the weight of knowledge, all the burden of anonymity. I was proud, sublime that I had the privilege of touching infinity.

So, don't blame me for not being able to tell you about this adventure anymore.
