Elvis stared a long while as Sean walked out of the room before fixing his gaze back on the window. He could smell human blood from beneath, he could also see a different part of the human part being sliced off, he clenched his fist and sighed. Who was Zuddatta?
How could he come and kill the guards in the castle? He stretched his neck so that his neck was already outside, he could still hear loud noises below. How did Sean know? The fight must have started some while now and he had not heard a single noise, he was just hearing now.
He had previously warned his master to turn all the guards who were humans into bloodsuckers, but no, he denied it. He did not know the reason but he had truly wished so. If they were not humans, no random people could come into the castle and come to threaten them. Apart from that, these guards were very skilled and strict. One of them could have taken the new mistress who had caused misfortune not quite long if they were instructed to fight the mistresses. So how possible could it be that some men or a man or whoever could just come down and kill them!
He was beyond annoyed, he knew that he would be blamed for this once his master knew of it. So he thought of how to handle the case. The best option was to fight but he couldn't just leave Isadora alone. What if she wakes up now and escapes? What would he tell his master? Apart from that, what if the man who had sucked her blood appeared from nowhere and feast on her? He couldn't just imagine that happening.
The best thing for him to do right now was to... Sincerely, he had nothing to think of. He wanted to kill every single bleeding person that had killed his allies. Still, he blamed his master, if his master had fed them his blood, they wouldn't have been this weak. But still, they weren't weak, they were skilled and strict! He shook his head in confusion as he saw that he kept repeating his words.
He looked at Isadora who was sleeping peacefully, the only thing he needed to do was to lock her inside and limp out through the window. He had that crazy huge to cause a dramatic scene before he kills whoever had come to destroy Venesia's peace.
He walked to the door and closed it in a flicker, the last look on his face being awed concern as he looked at Isadora. He had just wanted to take a look at her before vanishing but he had no idea why he kept staring at her still he found himself nearer to the bed, his hands itching to touch her delicate face.
Though the candlelights were murky he noticed something strange. He leaned closer to take a distinct look at her. His fingers crouching to that space above her face, he wanted to see it clearly, he did not understand the fear that was slithering his heart as his eyes landed on grey locks laid perfectly on his bed, giving him mixed feelings. When his fingers crouched further to touch what he had been longing to touch, a warm hand met his and he froze.
"What are you about to do?" Isadora questioned as her hand held Elvis's wrist.
Elvis squeezed his eyes in turmoil.
"I said what were you about doing?" Isadora's voice rose higher, still, she held Elvis's wrists tightly as she pulled herself to sit properly, her back leaning on the wooden bed. When she saw that he wasn't ready to say anything, she pulled him closer in such s way that his eyes were just a few inches from hers.
At that moment, Elvis was the most shocked person in the world. The pain around his heart began to grow, this time more than what he had ever experienced before. He felt as if he would just disappear into the cold dust. He wanted to blink his eyes but his eyes refused, instead, it was wide open staring at her eyes. The more he stared the most pull he felt towards her. He felt as if he was plummeting into her soul. He wanted to stop but no, he couldn't.
His mind dug around what just happened almost an hour ago, how he had wanted to suck her blood and have sex with her. How he had wanted to make her his true beloved physically. When he had disappeared to control his urge, he even felt a stronger urge. He felt as though he needed to claim her at that exact moment or else he would go berserk.
His heart ached, he wanted to just do something. He wanted to take her whole, he didn't want to carry her like she were his bride or something, he wanted to make her more than his bride. He wanted to touch her. He wanted to be the only one to see his nakedness. He remembered when his master had torn her gown off her fragile body, at that moment the feeling to tear someone apart was greatest. He felt like....he felt like....it was truly hard for him to explain.
He initially watched as she held his wrist and how she sat up, he saw her grey locks crawl behind her just before she pulled him towards her.
When Elvis found words to say, the words even sounded foolish, "Have you been awake?" That was the first thing he was concerned about. Had she heard what Sean and he discussed, it meant his death was behind him.
Isadora looked dazed as she scrunched her nose with her right hand, "Is that the question?" She shouted! "I am asking you why your face was so clear to mine! What the bleeding hell? How could you do that when I am asleep?" Her eyes were widening as she continued to question.
Elvis didn't know what to do his brain was after something unfortunately useless. He was now sure that she just woke up now but...why did she pull him too close? Immediately, he pulled his wrist away and stared darkly at her, making himself believe that he did not need to withstand all those pulls, "Are you a witch like your mother?"
It was Isadora's turn to look at him, utterly disturbed, "What, why?"
"Could you explain how your locks grew grey?"
