Standard bland, contrived, lazy, unoriginal, generic and soulless webnovel, nothing we've never seen before. Every character is so unbearably badly written that I can't help but want to slap the authors hand for writing this nonsense. If you told me that the author has never had an original thought since the day he was born I'd believe you. I guess if your standards are appallingly low you might not mind this novel but I still have a fair bit of self respect left. Utterly banal ideas, exasperating execution. 0.5/5.

it's generic in a way that it has the normal cliche but it's still a good read since I like the MC'S character. From the synopsis I thought it would be one of those recently trending novels that the MC would get stupidly OP in 2 chapters and I thank God it wasn't one of those trash.
finished reading this just now, 700+ chapters. and then it basically compressed maybe a few hundred chapters in a single chapter just to finish the novel. what a disappointment.
Because the summary has been singularly unhelpful, the MC's cheat is this. Basically, he can learn martial arts very quickly, at the cost of destroying the martial arts books he's learning from. For example, he opened eight acupoints in two days, destroying two books in the process.

Would rate it higher but not much in 20 chapters! My standards may be low but all I want is a story that can keep my attention! If it catches my eye I rate them on if I think this story could grow! So I think this story has potential but see where it can fall off quickly!
